If you want a white bread sandwich with just lettuce then this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise save yourself a trip.... They never have the different breads or toppings available. Worst subway ever. Read more
Stupidity! Their card machine wasn't working and didn't tell us until we already had 4 subs made and wrapped up! I only had $50... in cash on me at the time and was holding an impatient 2 year old. My total was 54 bucks. They wanted me to go across thestreet to an atm. Customer service = Terribly dumb. Didn't offer to have me come back to pay the 4bucks (which i would of gladlydid) So.... had to throw out 4 special subs! So stupid. Read more
I stopped getting lunch here often because they are so understaffed that if can average 45 minutes to get my sandwich. Mobile... orders are rarely completed on time. It is faster to get in line at the store than making a mobile order. They seem toprioritize walk in?s. Read more
i stopped ordering from this location. waimea subway is so disappointing. i always make sure to order online since it?s a lot... convenient and faster to pick up. half the time they are out of the bread, cheese and toppings i need, get there the sandwichisn?t even ready. atleast have the audacity to call to say we?re out of some items. they use to call way back then but notanymore. so whats even the point of making an order online if it?s never gonna be ready. always ask for extra veggies, neverhappens. they are so stingy with everything ???? There was a lady who was incredibly rude to my daughters. We had just came from the hospital as my Sister and son got in an... accident. The lady was snappy and rude and kept treating my Kids as if they were stupid. We ordered a total of 85 dollars ofsandwiches and this lady was so disrespectful. Never coming back Read more
Subway is a great choice for lunches and dinners as you can make your sub how you want it and add all the proteins and... vegetables you want. I come here once a week and try different subs and have not found one I didn't like. Easy to accesslocation. Enough staff to keep the line going and dinner inside is not a problem. Staff is very nice and the subs, salads, andselections are great. Read more
I generally like Subway, but this branch has been getting on my nerves the last few orders. My last online order was a soggy... mess, everything fell out as soon I unwrapped the sub. They got my bread wrong, didn't toast it and I suspect the bread was oldbased on the condition of the sub. They ran out of 2 of the veggies I had specified and took it upon themselves to substitute itwith a ton of other items I explicitly asked not to put on my order. I was unwell and couldn't eat certain things, which theyhappily added to my order without checking with the customer. If you are particular about what you consume or allergic tocertain ingredients, careful ordering at this branch.. you never know how they will choose to alter your order without askingyou. Read more
