We were on our way from Saskatoon to Edmonton, and two kids asked me the whole way for an A&W. Finally we found this one in... wainwright and the kids are so happy! But We have been waiting in the front for over 5 minutes with no one in the line and thereceptionist just totally ignored us..... Two kids were starving and and headed to McDonald's instead. My husband had a bug in the lettuce of his teenburger! And our coffees literally had no flavour of coffee! We couldn?t even... finish them after a sip. Tasted like hot water with cream in it. Went across the highway to Tim?s to get a proper coffee! Verydisappointing! We normally love A&W. Especially the one we have in Sherwood Park. It?s great!! Read more
I understand minimum wage, and that although it sucks someone has to do it, and if you're the person willing to do it atleast... try. My food was thrown in a bag and slid across the counter, we asked for a cup tray for our drinks and was ignored over,indidnt even get all the food i ordered but didn't want to make a scene so I left politely .
