I watched as 8 staff members stood around completely clueless to what was happening, they didn't even have headsets on so as... orders came through they had to ask for things to be changed at the window due to lack of product. I ordered a coffee and abreakfast sandwich, my coffee was done immediately and sat for 15 minutes before receiving it. It was literally 3 of us in thestore. Completely unacceptable. Read more

Noticed cooks handling my food were not wearing gloves. I watched the cook grab a tomatoes with thier bear hand and put them on... my wrap and then wipe his hands on his dirty pants and went for the cheese. My dad got a burger that he stated was icy cold. While eating I had direct view of the kitchen and I noticed a few of the cooks were constantly arguing with each other Infrontof customers. Gross and unorofessional. Read more

Last Friday night Oct7, when we were finished our meal and was about to leave, I went to the drink machine to get a refill. My... cup was still half full before I topped it up. After I filled my drink cup, the manager on duty came over and said "Excuse mesir! Refills are not allowed. If I catch you doing that again, I will make you pay for another drink". He was treating me as ifI was stealing!! I was so mad, I just said "Sure, whatever", and quickly left before I said what I really wanted to say. Thereis a big sign above the pop machines that says "Refresh. Refill. Enjoy". There are 2 very small signs on one of the machinesthat says, "For everyone's safety, we are not offering refills or accepting travel mugs at this moment". These signs are notnoticeable. I only noticed these signs after I went to McDonalds the next day to see if there were any signs anywhere sayingthat refills are not allowed. There are no signs on the other pop machine saying refills are not allowed. This is probably why Inever noticed the 2 small signs saying that refills are not allowed because the pop machine that I always use does not have anysigns on it saying no refills. I honestly did not know that refills were not allowed at the Wainwright McDonalds for severalreasons. Customers have to fill their own drinks. During the pandemic, the pop machines were disabled, and the employees filledthe drinks from the back. Since the machines were turned back on for customers to fill their own drinks, I assumed that refillswere allowed as well. There is a big sign right above the machines advertising refills. "Refresh. Refill. Enjoy". You shouldtake this sign down or cover up the refill part, because you are falsely advertising that refills are allowed. I have recentlybeen to 3 other McDonalds (Lloydminster, Camrose, Edmonton) and they all allow refills, so I assumed it was the same with theWainwright McDonalds. There are several other restaurants in Wainwright that has their drink machines Read more

Can?t believe they charge 85 cents to add a single slice of tomato on a sandwich or burger. You can buy whole tomatoes for less.... And we went to a and w and they don?t charge anything. Tomatoes have higher vitamin c content than oranges apparently, and ifany of you want to get ready for the next covid season by boosting your immunity, go to a and w instead ???? Read more

Disgusting servers! Shame on you guys and your service Me and my brother being professional drivers stopped at this location for... food. The girl on the shift refused to take our order because of dine in was closed but drive thru was open. She was in a rudetone and said we can't serve you here without a vehicle. Well! I don't think so it was acceptable behaviour and also, i wana saypeople working at this location should start respecting truckers otherwise its better to shut your business off Read more
