Very bad customer service, coffee always taste like water.
Just visited This location and had a really bad experience with food. First of all someone need to train the sandwich person... good. I asked for bagel and potato wedges and the wedges was so hard & chewy that even cow can not chew. Secondly, I asked forbagel double toasted and is not even toasted once. Ordered food in the driveway. Was told it would brought out shortly. After waiting 15 minutes no one had even left the building... to look for me. Have also had multiple issues with receiving wrong items from this drive through. Recommend dine-in only. Read more
I feel the service is slow and orders are poorly put together! The sandwiches has way to much sauce and sloppily put together.... This is what they serve to you.. I visited This place to get my food. I ordered a four cheese bagel double toasted and i don?t... know how many times they toasted it. Got a mocha latte and there's no espresso at all. It's literally milk and syrup. This isn't the first time they have messed up... orders, particularly in the evening. Very annoying, especially when they mess up and it isn't busy at all. Read more
