Won?t go back to this location. One time when I ordered from doordash, this panda express? location never sent me a confirmation... number and they even blamed it on doordash. Earlier when I ordered, they gave me an incomplete order as well as a medium entreethat doesn?t even looked like a medium one. Just really disappointed. Read more
Paid for a bigger plate (three entrees) but only got two entree instead. I didn?t know inflation was that bad.
Friend mentioned to check out panda's website for a $25 family deal which includes two sides and three entree items... for a... family of four it's quite a lot and the same family pack usually close to $40. During this shelter-in-place time it was a verygood deal. Easy to order online, you just show your confirmation number to the worker at the make-shift counter that is nowplaced at the entrance to the establishment. Went there to get some beef broccoli and and apparently the beef and broccoli got a divorce. My wife asked if the beef could... have the broccoli?s hand in marriage in the future? Really bad employees. I had a free kids meal coupon and I gave it to her and I forgot it on top of the glass. I went to the... chashier and the pay was $7.02 and I asked my friend on the side ?I thought it was free? so She already swiped my card. Then Imentioned to the cashier that I had a coupon she asked where it was and I was looking around and I realized that I forgot it onthe glass so I went back and I gave it to her. She had a real Mean face on and she was rolling her eyes at me. Then she called amanager and the manager just gave me my money back by cash and she also rolled her eyes at me. I just love the convenience of the new drive thru at Wahiawa. I will visiting more often for.my lunches, I work in the area. The... fried rice is good and of course the orange chicken. Menu prices are a bit high for a plate and it adds up quickly if orderingthe specialities. But I love the favor and convenience of Chinese takeout. Read more
Disappointed. We usually enjoy Panda Express. This is what our plates looked like. We were missing an entree in one plate, and... in the other plate we were ?shorted? part of the side and only had a smaller than usual serving of the soup. Read more
