This is our go-to Papa John's since we moved from town some time ago. The staff are always friendly and the service is top... notch. If there are any issues with our pizza (it's rare), the managers on call are always willing to replace or provide creditfor future use. If I order one pizza, it is always the works! I ordered from different locations on this island but for some reason Waipahu... location is my favorite. The staff was in general friendly and nice at any location but the taste of pizza from Waipahu locationis my favorite. I think the sweetness of the sauce and how inviting the pizza look like, made us eating couple of slices afterwe open up the box on the trunk of the car. I ordered 2 The Works pizzas with extra Pepperoni! This time it didn?t seem like it had as much toppings on it like the last... time I order these Pizzas! I was a little disappointed with this order! This location was a much better than I anticipated. I have not ordered from papajohn for over a year. The cheese was... melting. The staff seems nice. Only downside is parking. It was a little small and most likely the cars belong to staff. Make it a little harder to carry out. Read more
Used app to order. Easy use. It also tracks status of your order. No more lost or late orders. Excellent location. Just zip in... and out from waipahu road. Plenty of parking. The sausage pizza was great. Because we had ordered half and half, and had to payas if we ordered a full pizza, we joked and asked if we could take the full portion of topping and put it on the half. What doyou know. They did. For those of you who don't know. They charge for toppings. Now if you order half n half. You get only halftoppings but still get charged as if it was a full pizza. So if you ordered a full pepperoni you would get sixteen slices ofpepperoni. If you asked for half pepperoni, you only get eight slices. So instead of two pieces of pepperoni on each slice, Inow get FOUR! I had to drop one star for, no pepper flakes, pramesan, and garlic sauce. Still had pepperoncini. Yum! Read more
Great customer service. They made 11 boxes of pizzas in 45 minutes and helped me bring it to my car. Even offered a ton of... napkins and plates for free. If you want your pizza quick like I got them, ask them if you could pick it up rather thandeliver. Read more
After moving back to Hawaii and having Costco RIGHT THERE, we've kind of moved away from Papa Johns. On occasion though, we... order up a couple pies from here. This location is tight next to the Shell gas station across the park. The staff here isalways on it. Every time I have ordered a pizza from here, my order was fresh, awesomely made and most importantly, CORRECT. Ithink if the price was more competitive to Costcos we would probably chose Papa's over the other pizza joints. Read more
Always loved Papajohns Waipahu. My last review was based off of their delivery service through door dash. At the time I was not... happy with the service, but I gotta give credit where credit is due. They really stepped it up and I am happy with theirservice. I hope this trend continues. Great job ????! Read more
