There needs to be a zero tating! App said pizza was ready but they didn't bring it out. After 5 min I went in and waited... another 5 to be told it was just now coming out. Manager wouldn't do anything about it. Got home to find the pizzas burned. Read more

Pizza Hut Waipahu has been excellent to get pizzas from. The parking lot and the rest of the building's businesses are a little... sketchy and I wouldn't pick up at night. This Pizza Hut makes delicious pizza. Will continue to get from them. Read more

This location is the most convenient for me and I stopped visiting this pizza hut for a few years now. This day, Friday November... 5, 2021 Around 215pm my kids asked for pizza hut over dominoes and we were so amazed at the quality of the food and service. Thestaff was amazingly courteous, very friendly and helpful, including the kitchen staff as they popped their heads out to saywelcome and thank you. I'm not sure if the management was changed along with thr new renovations to the strip mall but we arelooking forward to visiting again soon. Read more
The main reason is the pizza was fantastic. I had previously swore I would never order pizza from Pizza Hut again because the... pizzas would be consistently skimpy on the toppings. It was only due to the pandemic, with online ordering, minimal interactionand me and my wife fondly remembering about pan pizza crust that we ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut again. That pizza wasfantastic. I was still hesitant because that was just a one time event. Not enough to mark a trend. Then my grandma wantedpizza when I was there doing yard work and my niece picked up some Pizza Hut and that was amazing. Those experiences wereenough for me to order Pizza Hut this time, even though they had already sold out of large pan pizzas. All of these experiencesare from the Leoku St. location in Waipahu and they have earned consideration when deciding where to eat. I am still hesitantto get Pizza Hut from any other location, but I will keep my eyes open to see if this is the new corporate standard or if itjust this location that makes delicious pizza. Read more
