We were able to dine in for dinner at the Waipahu location for the first time since COVID started. Mildred provided great... customer service at the counter with a huge smile and even brought the last item of our order to the table when it was readyabout 15 minutes later. Awful. They forgot our ketchup and made us wait over 30 mins when it was supposed to be 7 minutes. My husband had to go in and... our food was just sitting on the counter even though they were supposed to bring it to the car after us going through the drivethru. Read more

Riemah Manager and employees who are servicing friends or families of theirs first before all others waiting in line. No its not... a paid online order. Favoritism is unclassy and just sad. All customers matter including ones that wait in line respectfully.Gross. Cross contamination throwing old chicken back on the rack of new chicken. 20 minutes for fresh chicken. Lie takes 7minutes.
