Riemah Manager and employees who are servicing friends or families of theirs first before all others waiting in line. No its not... a paid online order. Favoritism is unclassy and just sad. All customers matter including ones that wait in line respectfully.Gross. Cross contamination throwing old chicken back on the rack of new chicken. 20 minutes for fresh chicken. Lie takes 7minutes. The 2 cashiers Josh and the other lady were on top their responsibilities however the managers and food prepperssupport line jumping when it wasn't an order that came before everyone else waiting patiently. We were able to dine in for dinner at the Waipahu location for the first time since COVID started. Mildred provided great... customer service at the counter with a huge smile and even brought the last item of our order to the table when it was readyabout 15 minutes later. The tables were clean and the staff provided excellent service all around. The Happy Hour $1 special forregular side orders was a nice surprise. Read more

Awful. They forgot our ketchup and made us wait over 30 mins when it was supposed to be 7 minutes. My husband had to go in and... our food was just sitting on the counter even though they were supposed to bring it to the car after us going through the drivethru. Read more

Wife and I stood in line for 45 minutes to try the chicken sandwich, we got both the spicy and original chicken sandwich. Both... sandwiches themselves were tasty, and good. We ate at the Waipahu Popeye's. Though it was tasty, the location was too slow andthe sandwich @ $6.00 is too pricey. I didnt get full at all from the sandwich and getting 2 for $12 to try and fill me up is toomuch to pay. In addition, the chicken I believe is massely done so it wasn't luke warm to eat. Workers up front seemed just tootired as they explained that all day the line never stops at this location. Would I buy it again unsure if i would wait again ina fast food line for 45min+. Read more
