Okay so I never go through the drive through to order. I order on the app and pick it up because my order is complicated and I'm... high maintenance. Anyway.. the girl tonight who took my order, you did such a good job. I honestly hate ordering drive throughbecause I don't like repeating and it never comes out right. You said my order back to me word for word to the point I had nodoubt it was correct. I had so much faith in you that I didn't even check it before I left. I drove away thinking "wow what agood experience" not "wow that was annoying". I can't say enough good things about you. Please keep up the good work, and if themanager is reading this, don't just do the manager thing where you say good job and nothing comes of it. Actually reward herplease. The service is inconsistent! Today I ordered 3 Taco Supreme with EXTRA Tomatoes. They ask me if my order was correct on the... screen I said YES. WhenI got my tacos there was NO TOMATOES and I was CHARGED for it. Another time there wasn?t enough MEAT inmy Crunch Wrap????. I think they need MORE TRAINING! Read more
