My daughters favorite is the coffee less cooler and they don't have the stuff to make it anymore. The staff there made... something special for her that day and these ladies made a 13 years day way better! This place never disappoints me!! Read more
Overall very good. I'm not a coffee drinker so can't comment on that but the hot chocolate is very good. The reason for the 3... is that the employees that I have had serving me are so sour faced and not even greeting customers with a smile. I have beenthere when busy and when not busy so that is not the issue. I know that some customers can be jerks but if you work in aservice industry you need to let that go and move on to the next interaction. Obviously if someone is harassing or abusive thatis not ok. I hope the manager(s) are supporting their team members so they can be more positive with their customers. Read more
I'll skip over the fact that the employee who prepared my drink was talking on their cellphone the entire time I was in the... store (including touching the screen with their free hand while they made my drink) and just say the medium Iced Crafted Presswas 6 or so swallows of coffee and a whole lot of ice. This place may be a bit smaller than most caribous but it is by far the nicest. Since moving to saint cloud I really am finding... it hard to talk to people at stores etc. Seems like everyone is a bit snobby in this town but this place the customer service istop notch. They fixed an order for me from a Uber eats order!! The general manager was so nice and talked at length with me andgave me a free drink which I still need to pick up. But I was here another time and service was amazing. Fast, friendly, and asalways amazing coffee!!!
