I eat here sometimes, i have found that culvers food is good but it seems the staff that handles the lobby and counter are over... their heads and need more training. lobby is dirty, food is haphazardly thrown on trays, floor is wet, pop machine hasissues... no root beer. But the food is still really good hamburger had great flavor, the patty was cooked to perfection,caramelized miard reaction on the outer and moist beef and toasted bun!!! They made my food wrong so I went up to get it fixed... they did the same thing to it. They didn't fix it! For having 6 people... on the clock and no people in drive thru and only two customers in lobby (us and one other table), I don't think this isexceptable. The works... I get it all the time at every Culver's and they put Lettuce tomatoes pickles and onions on it.Pictured is what I got twice! No Lettuce or tomatoes! I have never has a butter burger before, this was the first time! I absolutely LOVED the flavor of this burger! We went through... the drive through, the grands had special orders, every item ordered was exactly as ordered, nothing missing and the food washot. Will definitely go again! Read more
Tried a couple summer featured items today. The Root Beer Shake was perfect, two of my favorite things Culver's Root Beer and... Culver's Frozen Custard blended, yes please! I might try and order it as a Secret Menu item after it leaves the featured menu,it's that good! The summer 2022 Pub Burger is not my favorite! I usually love the Pub Burgers and look forward to their arrival.The cheese and the pub sauce were good but the Cheddar Bun ruined it for me. It was dry and crumbly and not very flavorful. Ireally miss the Pretzel bun of previous Pub Burgers. I'll go back to a Deluxe before I order this version of the Pub Burgeragain. We love Culver's, never been to this location. Wont be back. Wasn't going to write a review until my 11 year son made a comment... to me about how poor the service was. Inside ordering, had to redo my order at least 3 times because of added items, overcharging. Wasn't busy at all. No one said thank you to any customer that came in, when they ordered or when they got their food.Burgers weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese. Losing my patience with Culver's. Another one of my orders was messed up and I didn't catch it until I got home 10 minutes... later. Got a completely wrong burger, ordered a plain double patty with only cheese and bacon, received a single patty, no baconbut all the other condiments possible. Our mixers weren't even halfway mixed, and everything was put on a tray even though thereceipt said to go. AND I witnessed a customer asked for a side of some sort of meat with no gravy, when an employee asked thekitchen for a soup cup of the meat with no gravy, a kitchen cook yelled, out loud, "why would you not want gravy?" I worked infast food for 4 years, and I know right now this have been tough with not enough workers, but there is a difference between "sobusy that I'm making mistakes" and "just not doing the job correctly" Read more
