Several months ago, I ordered their pizza and got sick, so hesitated trying again, but did yesterday as my overall experience... had been really good. Result?they promised delivery in 45-60 minutes. It took over 90 minutes and arrived cold?and guess what?Igot diarrhea today. Pizza delivered cold is not a staffing problem, but someone failing to deliver promptly. I guess there arebetter and safer places to buy pizza?definitely not here. I rarely will rate a business, unless it?s really bad or really good.My last 2 experiences were really bad. You claim you have a staff shortage. Perhaps you could pay them better? Personally, Ithought this a vanilla response. Now I?m out $30 and a bottle of pepto bismo for the second time in a row. I?ve been in St.Cloud since the 80s and have even swore by your pizzas, but over the last few years, at least to me, your quality has decreased,and is why I haven?t ordered recently and will no longer. Excellent service and friendly servers, the environment is relaxed and can be personal with booth seats or highrise seats. The... food (pizza is what I ordered) looks and tastes amazing. Menu items have hoagies, pastas, wings, pizzas, Pepsi products, anddifferent appetizers. My pizza: Personal Luncheon Pizza with pepperoni, portabella mushrooms, and banana peppers. I did a build your own pizza and added sausage, spinach, mushrooms and artichokes. The crust was perfectly crispy and the sauce... had the right flavor profile - not too sweet, not too salty - just the perfect combination. Buckle up, this is gonna be an experience. Myself and 3 girlfriends decided to eat here one night. Each got a pop, 3.29 a glass... after tax. We split a cheese bread which was 8.00, plus the extra for dipping sauce. It was okay, not the best. It was lackingin garlic flavor. My two friends ordered a large pizza which was over 50 for one pizza! I got the lasagna and our other friendreceived a salad. The pizza wasn?t anything to rave about. It actually tasted similar to Gary?s pizza, just wrapped up andpretending to be more fancy than it is. I can tell you the lasagna is not fresh. The clearly make it a head of time, and eitherfreeze it or put it in the fridge then probably heat it up and cover it in meat sauce and serve. Except the didn?t heat up mylasagna, just put the meat sauce over it. The salad was large, but not large enough to be charging 14 for it, some of thelettuce was browning. The service was so so. We sat with our glasses empty waiting for the bill, my friend got up to see whatwas taking so long, noticed the kitchen staff on phones texting, or watching the national anthem at what we assume was some sortof sporting event. But you could also see that the kitchen is not the cleanest. I?m surprised we didn?t get sick. Two of theplates we received and the pizza pan had dried stuck on food. Let me start by saying they weren?t understaffed. Everything went well until the end when our waitress never came back. We... wanted 2 to go containers but she never came back with a bill or to ask if we needed anything else. We eventually went to thehost station and left without our leftovers. The dozen wings we ordered, albeit tasty, only came with 8 pieces. The garlic bread was soggy and just above room temperature. ... The hoagie sandwich and fries were also soggy and just barely above room temperature. The fries were also unsalted. Pizza was great. Loved having gluten free options also. Best mozzarella sticks I've ever had. Didn't love the atmosphere myself.... A little too starkly lit but that's just my personal taste. Overall great experience and will definitely order again. Read more
