Worst customer service through drive thru. Orders food, got to second window the worker handed me my food not even making eye... contact and shut the window didn't say thank you or have a nice day. The window was partial open I yelled thank you have a goodday. I parked called and talk to manager she was just as rude she said all the worker is to do is open the window and hand youyour food. I used an app coupon code at the drive through window for some nuggets then I added a large sprite. Instead they rang it up as a... large fry. I told them before even leaving the ordering menu that I asked for a sprite, not a fry. They told me it would befixed at the window. At the window they told me it's been charged through the app already so they can't do anything. Then I hadto pay separately for my drink (after already paying $5 for fries I DID NOT WANT). Then when we got our food and drink, thedrink was flat. I'd like to also emphasize that there is NOWHERE on the app for me to dispute this charge.
