I ordered online...and the pizza was brought out to me fast . Was good I will be back...only thing is that they charge premium... prices..for a large with 3 toppings it was like 25 dollars! We ordered pick up for my daughters birthday. I ordered and my sister picked up. Unfortunately they did not give her all of our... order just 1/3 of it. So I ended up going back to pick up the remaining of our now cold nasty order. While waiting I see themanager making more pizzas. He was not wearing gloves. Me, disgusted asked do you prepare all your pizza without gloves? Heresponded yes we just wash our hands. So with their dirty under nail they dig into the cheese and other toppings. This location is, more often than not, really good. Sometimes you get a crew that's having an off day. If the mistake warrants a... correction, the managers are really good at taking care of the customer. I order through the app where the deals are better. Thecheesesticks with special garlic dipping sauce is one of my favorites! Update 8/14- Crew must have been having a bad day duringthe dinner timeframe. Order was ready before the estimated time on the app yet my 3 sides were overcooked, making them dry andhard. One pizza wasn't cut correctly and the top of the box made contact with the pizza resulting in topping/cheese removal. Anemployee asked if I was doing door dash after I was given my order while I was putting them in my thermal bags. This was eitherserious oversight or blatant disrespect by the employee as my name was clearly displayed on the work uniform I was wearing whenI picked up my order. Giving the employee the benefit of the doubt, I stated that I like to keep my food hot. Update 8/31- Muchbetter tonight. Pizzas were piping hot. Sides were on point. Papadia was lean on the sauce, cheese, bacon, and felt overcooked.Strangely enough, a different employee asked if I was doing door dash after I was given my order while I was putting them in mythermal bags. We ordered over the phone because the online ordering wasn?t working for us. Thomas double checked our order and saw it wasn?t... correct before giving it to me. He offered to remake our pizza and let me know it would take about 8 minutes. He had the pizzaremade and us out the door just after our estimated pick up time. They should get no stars. Papa John's Door Dashed my pizza without my permission. I'm not even ten minutes from the physical... location. They offered no apology and did not refund my money like they said they would. The manager was unprofessional anddidn't care. Door Dash left my pizza on the floor outside of our apartment. When we ordered online we asked for the driver tocall when they arrived we never received a call. This is the St Cloud MN location. Read more
I have always been a fan of Papa John?s but don?t have one nearby. So I decided to make a road trip to try out the new Papadias,... A flat bread style sandwich that comes in four varieties. I opted for the Philly cheesesteak and was very happy with the flavorable ingredients, crusty folded flat bread and the always enjoyable garlic side sauce. The flat bread comes in a very sizableportion and if you have a side item, like I did, a half of a sandwich is more than enough. For my side I chose the new garliccheddar knots. Very good with a side of their mozzarella pizza dipping sauce. Both new items were a hit. Read more
Ordered a pizza to the country inn since can?t make much for dinner at a hotel. Pizza was not cut once. What really irritates me... besides the QC of the person who prepared it and the driver checking that what?s on the tag of the box is what?s in the boxbefore he grabs it to head out like requested sauces or what ever is that I ordered online and It wouldn?t allow me to pay withcash so I had to use my card. Which it then asked how much I?d like to tip! I mean, a tip is EARNED based on service.
