We love Popeyes! Unfortunately the service is no good. I ordered via the app maybe 5 minutes before I got there. Went through... the drive thru and had to wait even for beverages. They asked me to pull around front as the food would be a little bit longer.So I did. And waited 10 minutes before going in. Went in and was told it would be a couple minutes. 5 minutes later I was toldit was almost done (2 chicken bites and 1 chicken strip) I asked why people in the drive through are getting their food but mineis taking so long she said they aren't. I said I've watched 2 people drive in after me, order and get their food and leave. Shesaid we're short staffed. I said that doesn't explain new orders going out before mine. She said we're out of bites, they'reordering strips. I said why didn't anyone tell me that? I would have switched to strips. She said we have a new cook. So excuseafter excuse. Not to mention the boy who was recording the workers and screaming while doing so when I walked in. It appeared tobe one of the workers kids but can't be certain. I usually don't write bad reviews, I just ignore and never go back to that restaurant. I ordered spicy sandwich and 2 pcs spicy... chicken (thigh and leg). Chicken was oily and smells like old overused oil. Gave them several chance and thought next time willbe better. Everytime I ate their chicken I had bad heart burn which can't be a coincidence. And today I had a stomach upset,which is very rare for me as my digestive power is pretty strong. The only thing I ate was Popeyes. If you care about yourhealth stay away from this bad food place. Went through drive thru since their dinning room was closed, order #4 5pc meal (Mild, fires and lemonad) and a #2 3p meal (Dark... meat mild, mash potatoes and a sprite) instead of the mash potatoes they gave me a biscuit. I don't often choose to eat theredue to messing up my orders but that was the option we went for, waited in the drive for a good few minutes till they asked usto go park in front. Waited for them to bring us our order which took almost half an hour. This isn't the first time it'shappened, we weren't able to go in and wait and we didn't know how long it'll take. Please do better about this or at least makethe guest aware of how long there food is going to be. Read more
I honestly don?t even know why I eat here still considering the experiences I?ve had. Probably cause of the chicken. But... absolutely every time I?ve ordered I?m missing items or I have the wrong order. Just yesterday they gave me two receipts andboth of them weren?t what I paid for or ordered along with? guess?. The wrong order. HIGHLY recommend checking your order rightat the drive through or you?ll get cucked. Would also help if the staff spoke English and they could actually understand you?. Read more
I ordered a 2 PC dark chicken meal with red beans and rice and 8pc chicken nuggets with buttermilk ranch. It was terrible. They... forgot to give me my ranch for my nuggets. The biscuits was partially hard. The chicken tasted strictly of Grease. No otherflavor whatsoever. It was the worst meal I have had in a long time. I would not recommend for anyone to go here. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender with mac and cheese and a frozen strawberry lemonade. The mac and cheese was disgusting. ... There had to be at least 1 table spoon of grease in it. The cheese was a gross coagulation. The frozen lemonade was not frozenthe consistency of the drink made me think of a frozen drink that was left to melt for am hour. The chicken tenders were okay. Iwill not be giving Popeyes another chance. Not worth my money. Read more
In my opinion this fast food chain is ok the food I ordered which was the popcorn shrimp Cajun fries and a biscuit with a... strawberry Sunkist was alright even with it being mildly spicy which I wasn't expecting the only two things I can knock thisplace on they were extremely slow 5-10 minute late getting me my food even tho I was the only one in the drive through at thetime and a they could have asked if me if I wanted my food either mild or hot other then that I will try them again Read more
This was my first time at Popeyes and I will definitely go back. I had the chicken nuggets and the breading was so crispy and... it was served streaming hot. Delicious! For my side I chose the macaroni and cheese. It had very good flavor but it wasn'thot. Neither were my mom's fries. Our server was the sweetest young lady with such a nice smile. She gave awesome customerservice throughout our entire visit. Negatives: our sides weren't hot, the restaurant was freezing cold, they didn't have anyknives to butter our biscuits with we had to use a fork. Read more
