Hector Espinosa, you are a great salesman. Wish all of them were like you where you feel like the salesman cares more about... making sure the customer is happy and their needs are fulfilled VS. most where all they want is to drive up the price. We saw aSubaru online that fit our budget that came in the day before. Hector was quick to get it turned around to us the next day.Classy salesman for sure. Also the gentleman who helped me with the financing (please make sure he gets some praise, I amterrible with names and don't remember it) was simply amazing. I said before at a different car dealership I would be a lifelong customer, but I lied because you guys take the cake. Customer satisfaction is clearly a go of yours and that goes a longway. This is the 2nd Subaru Ascent for our family! My mom purchased a Subaru Forrester in 2021 & I traded in our 2019 Subaru Ascent... and our 3rd from Cole Sand. He has been an amazingly helpful for all of our needs where the car is concerned. Subaru is awonderful car company and we love the way we are treated at St. Cloud Subaru! The battery on my 2020 Subaru Outback was unable to hold a charge. Several times I'd go to start the car only to hear a click. ... The car is still covered by the 3 year warranty. I took it to Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru and after three hours they saidthey charged the battery and I needed to drive it daily or plug in a battery tender to charge it. After failing several moretimes I took it to Luther's St Cloud Subaru. They confirmed that the battery would not hold a charge, received a failure code,replaced my battery covered by the warranty, and had me back on the road in less than two hours. I informed Morrie's BrooklynPark Subaru and the service manager responded that my experience was not typical of their dealership. However, that was simplyan excuse for their obvious incompetence. Go to Luther's St Cloud Subaru if you want a dealership you can trust. Read more

I could not be more disappointed with my recent experience here. I purchased a brand new 2022 Outback. After having the... vehicle for ten days I took it through a car wash. While in the car wash, the back hatch popped open and caused some majordamage. The initial reaction of St. Cloud Subaru was to bring it to a body shop and make an insurance claim. They did not seemto be concerned that there may be a defect in the car, and that I must have somehow caused this to happen. I am still appealingto them and to Subaru HQ but so far no satisfaction. They did provide me with a loaner and after two weeks it sounds like theyare starting to get the repair work done, but it has been a nightmare. I still have no idea when I will get my Outback returnedto me. I loved my 2019 Outback and it provided fantastic protection in a rollover crash that totaled the vehicle. That is whyI chose another Outback, but I am very sorry I did. Headquarters customer service is extremely hard to reach. Read more

Hands down the easiest car purchase I have ever made! Went in at 6 pm, test drove the car, discussed financing, and filled out... ALL the paperwork in less than 1.5 hours. Everyone I interacted with during the purchase process was professional and efficient. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted, the manager got me an excellent rate to finance a portion of the transaction. Basedon my experience I will definitely recommend this dealership. Read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristopher Kelly in both turning in my previous Subaru Ascent lease and leasing a... new Ascent. The entire process was easy and efficient. Kris was patient, took the time to clarify answers to questions I had, &was generally pleasant & knowledgeable to work with. As would be expected, there was some waiting involved in the showroomduring the returning and picking up process, but I have only positive comments on how well everything was handled for me.
