Workers don?t communicate well, and hardly know their job. Went there with tons of extra time on my break, couldn?t even manage... to get me one drink in 30 minutes. If I could rate zero stars I would. Not to mention I tried asking about my drink they justtold me it?s in que, like I?m in scrubs work in a clinic have people relying on me, just so frustrating. The mobile order feature is not shut off when they close the lobby so you still have to wait 15+ minutes in a backed up drive... thru line when you arrive. It really takes away from the convenience of mobile orders. I only ever order thru the mobile appbecause of how convenient it is. Read more

Website forced my bank card to do a $25 gift card refill then use the gift card to pay for my order, instead of just letting me... pay for a $7 order. Now I have $17 in limbo that I can't use anywhere else, I don't even like coffee, I just wanted someseasonal muffins!!!! Ripped off!!!!! Read more
This Starbucks location in particular always does a great job with their coffees. No complaints here. Baristas are friendly and... wait time is usually 2 minutes. Read more
My wife and I went there and she got an expresso and the lady behind the counter was excellent I wish I knew her name but she... did such a good job of doctoring up my wife's expresso with chocolate and cinnamon and all that excellent job. Read more

Everything was great. The app works well, ordering ahead is easy and the staff is super friendly and accurate.
