The barista at 7pm today 05/02/2022 was amazing and really did a great job. She deserves a raise and a big high five.
Who doesn't like at least something from Starbucks. It can be spendy so it is a "once in awhile" treat for me.

I asked for a straw for my ICED drinks that I paid money for and they gave me some BS lie about how corporate doesn?t allow them... to give out straws for iced drinks, so I asked for a refund. She tried to tell me no, and I refused to leave. She then chargedmy card again and lied about it. Then she refunded me for all of the over charges. All of this happened because it was close toclosing. I?m definitely calling and filing a complaint with the store manager and the district manager over this employee.
