Ordered this afternoon, our order was wrong ( spicy chicken nuggets instead of normal nuggets ) whatever wasn?t going to... complain . My grandma started eating her chili and found 3 pieces of hair again gross and then pulled this out of her chili ? Alock of hair ? String ? Just discussing. This establishment needs to be shut down . When I worked here in 2014 this place wasclean and ran well by management since new management this place is not even a place I can enjoy to eat at anymore . Read more

They forgot to give me my debit card back when I got back 4 minutes later I let her know that ALL 3 meals were cold and she said... no its not. I said I was here 4 minutes ago and she said okay I bet it is cold after all that time. She was so condescending andsuper nasty and rude. Felt like a high school bully. So not okay. Had to wait at least 10 mins. Went to see if our food was ready as people who ordered after us got their food first and here it... was sitting on a back counter. Employees had no clue about drink sizes. No apologizes. I had to ask for the fries we weremissing and then had to go ask about a frosty that was missing. No apologies were made. Management was rude and blamingEmployees. We ate and I was going to ask to speak with manager and she had left. We will not go back again. Horrible servicedon't recommend store 435 in St. Cloud, MN. Only car in the drive thru, and it took them 30 minutes to get us our food. The woman at the drive thru window didn't say a word... to me, she walked away and the store manager ended up handing me my order and apologizing for the wait. The nuggets were cold.The salad was small and overpriced, didn't taste good. The fries were good. That was the highlight of the visit. I wouldn't goback. Read more
I haven't been to your Wendy's in about 3 months. Wendy's has always been one of my favorite places to eat since 1979. I quit... coming here because the waiting in line and the horrible service!! Tonight, I decided to give it a try~WOW!! Wendy's has comeback to life!! I ordered my food right when I pulled up. There was only 1 other vehicle in front of me. I waited in line formaybe 2 minutes if even that. The service was above any service that I have seen in over a year! Had I not left my phone in the car, I would have taken photos. I have NEVER been in such a filthy bathroom in my life. The... floor was so slippery and greasy, I nearly fell. The toilet bowl was black, the toilet seat was visually dirty. The mirrorlooked as if it had been washed with the mop, after the floor had been washed. The hand dryer was broken. No paper towels asan alternative. After visiting the bathroom, I did NOT order anything to eat nor drink. I?d give a zero if I could. Does thestate inspect bathrooms and kitchens when they visit????
