As far as Burger King restaurants go, this one is pretty good. It's clean inside and the staff is professional. Food came up... quickly. There's even a little indoor play area for kids. My daughter loved it. Read more

When I went to order the Cashier was extremely rude and hateful. I had noticed she acted the same way towards the two other... people ahead of me in line. When she brought my food she also seemed annoyed when I ask for bbq sauce for my nuggets, which sheforgot. If she doesn't know how to act appropriately in a customer service position management needs to find another place forher. Read more

I know that with restaurants being short staffed they kind of have to hire people that they wouldn't normally hire. But this... place is exceptionally bad. They asked me three times through the intercom what I wanted. Each time I got progressively louderand louder until they finally said to drive around to the window. Once I was there they asked me again what I wanted and thenthey asked me a second time what I wanted. Then that person walked away. I'm not. Another person came over and asked me what Iwanted. I guess my English isn't good enough even though I've been speaking it my entire life. When I finally got my food it waswrong. I asked for a small coffee with milk and sugar. They gave me artificial sweetener. No have a nice day or anything. Justclose the window in my face. Normally that would not be enough for me to give it one star, but this has happened several timesat this location in fact every time. Read more

Food was excellent the service could really use work. They are extremely rude and don't know how to talk to their customers. It... doesn't matter if your dining in or taking out. They rude as hell all of them. Read more

I usually don't have anything bad to say about this location however this evening I came out to what I thought would be to grab... food from here. Upon entering parking lot observe 6-7 burger King workers in Red shirts with the burger on front which of courseled me to know they was workers outside of one female who was outside with serving gloves on. They all stopped looked towards mytruck as I slowly proceeded around building. Notice seemingly Manager was only one working drive thru which led to wonder wellwho is cooking food if half of staff in parking lot fooling around. As I come on other side of building observe three memberslighting up what I hope was a cigarette and then sat on curb. The other members all hanging at this particular SUV all in truckand outside truck....unsanitary, unprofessional and uncalled for. Read more

Showed up at 6:15am at the Burger King drive thru in Wake Forest Gateway Commons to get morning breakfast before going to work... for 7am. Place was closed. Not 1 car in parking lot. Why state on signs and Google you open at 6 am and don't. Not a goodbuisness practice. A buisness that opens at 6am should have staff at location by 5:30am the latest. I ended up going toMcDonald's. I arrived at Burger King at approximately 9:45 AM. I ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant which, the lady informed me that... they were now serving dinner. What ? I ask her what time do you start serving breakfast? Her reply was when we open. I am thereover an hour earlier than when breakfast places begin their lunch around 11 AM. I have tried to get breakfast and on occasionshave been successful, but too many unsuccessful visits for my orders. I will be hard pressed to go to this location again. Yourmanager or general manager needs to step up and serve meals at the hours that they show, not beginning around 9 AM. It showsyour breakfast hours are from 6 AM until 11 AM. These sorts of business transactions lead to no transactions for your store. Youare supposed to make it convenient for your customers, not for you. Needless to say, I got no apologies and I drove off. Theonly reason you get one star is because I was unable to find a no stars label. Read more
