This is the worst Chick-fil-A I go to by far. The only reason I keep returning is because my daughter loves the play area, but... it usually smells horrible. They appear to have like 50 people working the drive thru and 1 person handling business inside. Thefloors are always messy and tables are rarely wiped down. I even had another mom tell my wife during our recent visit that sherarely brings her kids to this location because of how dirty it is. The managers seem to just ignore customers and let the solecashier handle everything. I wish corporate would come in and straighten this place out. Read more
New to the area and happy to know this chick fli a is amazing. Staff is on it whether it?s drive through or pick orders. Staff... are hustling with customers and making sure the restaurant is clean! And I think the staff have a good time working together! Read more
Found a fly in my fries. The last time I went here I got sick after. Not coming back to this location now.
My only complaint about this location is the drive-thru express lane. You have to drive around the building to get in the lane... and, if you're not familiar with the area, you don't know to turn into the parking lot before the restaurant to skip the normaldrive thru madness... On a high note, the new Autumn Spice shake is delicious and was worth the wait! Read more
Very disappointed with chick fil a tonight. Got home and was missing 2 sandwiches and got 3 strips instead of 12 and 8 nuggets.... Normally spot on with orders but not tonight. Looked like the kids were more interested in holding up the walls instead ofchecking accuracy of orders. Read more
Seriously. I realize there is shortages and the world is a little off at the moment. But can I ask what I paid for? No eggs and... hardly anything in this bowl! Quality assurance needs to happen. So disappointed in your store today! Read more
This fast food is excellent. However, the way they expanded the lot to accomodate 3 lanes of traffic, why did they have to put... in curbs to keep us from leaving with our meal when the dude on the car in front of us ordered catering for 100 and is takingforever to be served? Two words that make it worthwhile, though... chicken minis. Read more
