The waiter was awesome and helped me with all my questions about some items on the menu. He was super friendly.
We have been regulars at Chili's for years. However, since moving here this location is the closest one to our home and it is... just not up to par. The service has not been consistent and they often have a wait with multiple tables clearly available.However, I am sure this is due to low staffing. Also, the removal of the onion petals from the menu has made me much less likelyto choose this restaurant when there are so many other better options in the area with the same price point. Read more
I went to the Chili's around 9pm and it was not that busy. The bartender took my order and made my drink and walked away. I... watched my drink sit there for 10 minutes and I could not find the bartender. Then the manager came over and I asked if I couldhave my drink. The drink was overly sweet and was not shaken. I ordered the hamburger sliders with no cheese or ranch. Theburgers came with cheese which I scraped off. It took 30 minutes to get the sliders. The burgers came with bacon and I found 1to 2 chunks of bacon. The fries were chewy and dropping with oil. Overall not a great experience, the manager did remove theburgers. Read more
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hamburgers for take out and asked for them to all be well done. When my daughter picked up the... order from curbside she and her brother checked the order as I have always taught them to do. When she checked the order theysaw that they had received 4 cheeseburgers. I sent them a screen shot of the order summary. They contacted the restaurant andasked for hamburgers to be re-made well done. They came home and gave everyone their food and much to our dismay one of thecheeseburgers was not well done but pink. So after a long day of work my husband had to call another local restaurant to order acheeseburger well done and then go back out to pay for an additional meal since this was not done properly. The 2 glasses that was served was cracked around the rim. The chicken bites wasn't tossed properly because all the sauce was on... the bottom. The ribs was dry ???? just not a good place to spend money. Atmosphere was off looks abandoned just wasn't satisfying ????. Forgot to mention that the ranch sauce was definitely watered-down, who does that. Read more
I don't know who the cook was but our food was hot, absolutely delicious. We both ordered the shrimp and crab pasta and just... absolutely delicious! Our appetizers were just as fresh and delicious. Our waitress was super friendly. Just a very pleasantexperience after an extremely stressful week. And kudos for the strawberry lemonade tea!! Yum!! Read more
The bartender was great. I ordered a $5 + 89cents Margarita with Mango Margarita ????. It was delicious. The chili chicken... fingers were very good too. The rice was old but they replaced it with my choice of side with no issues. The music was goodtoo. It was a nice happy hour by myself. Read more
We loved coming here before COVID! They were always busy but fast and courteous, clean,food was good. Now not busy because of... service, had a 90.0 rating. Chips were filled with grease. I felt like I shouldn't touch anything around me, dust and dirtyfloors. I had a gift certificate otherwise I would not have stayed.
