I was having a terrible day but his upbeat personality was very rewarding, friendly, and upbeat. Iwill be reaching out to his store manager to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. I love Sheetz and all but lately they've been too slow. I understand times have changed and staffing issues but I Believe... Management need to come up with a better way to handle lunch time. No one should spend their whole lunch time waiting on foodlet alone two hot dogs. At my job we are short staffed but we came up with a plan to get people in and out. I know a lot ofpeople have been avoiding Sheetz because of this reason lately. Please get it together guys cause you are very convenientespecially with being open 24 hours. Read more
Been getting cigarettes here for a couple of years. I'm in a couple of times a week. 40 years old and look 40 years old. Today... wouldn't sell me cigarettes without allowing to scan my ID. Never been asked that before by them. Refused, and offered to letthem look at my ID without scanning. Couldn't buy cigarettes. The only reason a company asks to scan a 40 year old's ID isbecause their collecting the information. This is why there are now laws limiting it in other states with harsh penalties. Thereis alot of information available when you scan an ID, and I have no reason to trust sheetz, a gas station, that much. Icing onthe cake was the cashier being awfully rude when I told her she could look at it but not scan it. Forget it. Won't be shoppinghere again for anything. I'll get my cigarettes, gas, propane, snacks, and soda all elsewhere from now. I don't appreciate abusiness trying to steal my information, and being rude when I refuse. Side note: Half of the snacks I looked at today wereseveral months past their expiration date and still on shelf. Get your act together, sheetz. Read more

I would like to share a positive and negative experience that I had today around 12:40pm in Sheetz from Wake Forest. The... positive was that the manager, a fine gentleman, took care of our little incident happened in this store, in a professional way. Also, we wanted to mention that the store was very cleaned and organized. My negative experience was that after paying in thepump, my gas and a car wash, we realized that the Car Wash was not working. We had to pull over and go inside the store, wemade the line and after several customers in front of us, we explained the staff member that was in the cashier register thesituation. She had lack of customer service and had attitude. We in a polite way told her if the store could put up a signwarning customers that the car wash was out of service. She stated with attitude: "Then we need to put up one sign in everypump". I replied, yes, that will be correct. Every staff should understand that you represent the company that you are workingat, your behavior and manners should be the best at all time. Hope this lady can understand this soon. Read more
They drowned my cold wrap in guacamole.. typically yes, I love that topping but not only did it smell like it came from a sewer,... it was WAY too much for regular, that I was constantly wiping it off my wrap to the point I could not enjoy it anymore.... didnot smell fresh, as well as old looking ingredients..
