I been here twice and the Hispanic ladies that have helped me have been nice. Subway don?t serve the big pieces of chicken... breast anymore but instead in small pieces and controlled portions and that?s disappointing but the ladies try to keep you happywith good customer service. So far so good and sandwiches taste good, pricey nowadays though. Btw if you leave a tip try toleave it cash because that will really go straight to the people that are helping you. Read more

Worst customer service ever. Went this morning for breakfast and the Mexican lady yelled "We're closed, No food is ready right... now". Even though it was after 9 when they were supposed to be open. Then told me to come back at 10 because she didn't get upearly enough to open the store on time but left the door open to public. Read more

The service is really good but they need to stop trying to pass off old cookies. I went there today and they rushed my sandwich... out of the toaster so the cheese on the steak was not melted but I overlooked it and microwaved it at home. When I went to eatmy cookies though they were hard as brick. I?m pretty sure the owner probably tells these ladies to get rid of yesterdayscookies before serving the fresh ones. That?s pathetic and unacceptable. You?d rather give old food to your customers just tosave a few cents. This isn?t the first time it?s happened. I caught them trying it last week and I said ?can I have the freshone please? but today I forgot to say it. Read more

It's a decent subway. Depending on who is working that day and what their mood is like you may receive great service. Today I... was a bit dissatisfied because they have the garlic cheese bread promotion and I chose to get that but with the chicken baconranch ingredients. This is basically the only sandwich I get which usually comes with the chicken, bacon, cheese and ranchdressing. The cheesy garlic bread is an additional cost which I dont mind. But they didn't put the cheese that comes with thechicken bacon ranch so I asked them and they said it would be an additional charge but I dont understand that when it alwayscomes with it. They explained it was because I got the cheesy garlic bread but I already had to pay an additional fee for that.So I dont understand how you can tell me I owe more. Needless to say the actual person who made my sandwich (not the persongoing back and forth with me) rang me up without charging for the cheese. I've worked in restaurants for over 7 years and don'tunderstand that policy. It's just cheese give the customer the cheese and move on. Don't make the experience unpleasant whichcan risk losing a customer. Read more

Well first off, we haven't been here in at least 6 months because our last visit. This time we expected different people working... but, just happened to be the same people. After my husband, our two kids and I got our food to sit down the girl told us and Iquote " ma'am we are about to close in like 5 mins." To be honest I would have sat there at least until 10, considering theirwebsite says open till 10pm. Also the girl was not wearing a hair net, I would have left right then if I didn't have mychildren with us. Also they didn't even clean where they make the subs. They wiped down the counters, sprayed the bread and didsomething with the tea containers this took all of about 3 mins.. The played on their phone's and talked the rest of the time wewere there, we left about 9.25. They walked out the door right after us, without wiping our table down and put the high chairup, also without wiping it down. I will never go back to this subway. And if I had other causes then what I have I would pushfor the you'd man and girl to be fired. Read more

The manager is absolutely awesome. I can not thank her enough. She made my day and helped me beyond anything I could have... imagined. I was having problems with the on line ordering for catering and she personally called me and helped me get it all setup for my baby shower with only a few hours before it all started. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Read more
