Came in right after a rush so I get it I have to wait.And I also came as a group of 5 so it's ok. The thing is people came after... and still got tables before we did.I thought "ok were a group of 5, we want to sit together. So wait." There is a 5 seat tablebut they blocked 2 for pickup.... So ok. That means they'll let us know when we can be seated. We're waiting on the 6 highchairs/bar area. She's taking her time cleaning which is ok (I still don't think it shouldn't take as long as it did) and whenshe finishes she doesn't call us over. Next thing you know 2 people come and sit down right where we were waiting so I'm tellingthe lady "mam I thought we were gonna sit there?" And she says I thought ya'll didn't want sit there because of the baby" whendid she tell us this?????? She never asked if it was a problem. This whole situation could have been avoided if she saidsomething from the start. NEVER DOING DINE-IN. Read more

Today was a long hard day as we had an emergency with our dog and had to get her emergency attention on a Saturday after hours!!... As you can imagine it was very stressful and very expensive and we were very worn out but thankful that our girl was breathingon her own again! ???? We had a whole pile of fresh NY Strips we just bought but I was in nooo mood for cooking so my husbandsaid let me get you some Comfort Food from Waffle ???? House!! I was relieved that he had a plan and readily agreed!! ???? Awhile after he left he called me to say it would take longer than expected because he?d stopped at the store in Youngsville andthe people he spoke with seemed incompetent so he decided to drive back to Wake Forest ???? and try that one instead. Ok ????all good with me! I?m just thankful we?re gonna get to eat before it officially becomes Sunday morning! Haha He arrived homesome time later and said ?I?m not sure if I remembered to ask for your waffles well done.? I was still fine with that. I saidok?I?ll just pop them in the toaster. After all how many restaurants are open this late anyway?!? I?ll let the pictures do thetalking on this one. I was given this amount of syrup for FOUR WAFFLES!!! ???? And Yesss?that is RAW Batter you?re seeing aroundthe edges!!! On ALL of them!!! HOW high do you have to be to give your customer partially cooked food to eat??? That?s actuallyDANGEROUS!!! Sooo I tried to call the place but they just have a message that repeats over and over saying ?Please go online toplace an order there. We no longer accept orders over the phone.? Okkk?so how do I at least get a refund?!? This is soridiculous I?ve been laughing over and over. I?ve traveled alllllll over the US y?all!!! What AMAZING customer service. We arrived in the area about 3:15 am and we were hungry. It was the only location open. We were... greeted with a smile and hardy welcome from the server and the cook. They were so attentive to my needs. I shared of my eggallergy and pork allergy. He made sure no other items were prepared with mine. Very seldom are people mindful. 5 Point WW Breakfast: Two orders of hash browns (4pt) with grilled onions (0pt) and jalapenos (0pt) and some ketchup (1pt). Add... a grilled chicken breast (0pt) and you're set to go. The chicken we had this morning was flavorful, delicious, well spiced, andperfectly cooked. My wife, not a fan of the bird, even enjoyed it. She mentioned to our waitress that it was better than some ofthe more expensive places we enjoy who seem to try too hard with their chicken dishes. In all my years of eating WH, I've notever ordered chicken. That stops today. Read more

pretty busy on a Saturday morning. However, my son and I found two seats up at the bar and enjoy the wonderful time together.... The food and service are always great. We both enjoyed some waffles and eggs with grits and sausage. Read more
The food is great!!!! The problem is you can't call in for take out and I like the country ham but can't find a way to put it on... my order online. I need to be able to substitute it on my all-star breakfast. I'm back! The food is still great! But this is thesecond time I've ordered online and ordered country ham with egg biscuits and when I got home there was no egg. I still need away to substitute country ham on the all star breakfast! I won't be going back untill I find a way to do this! Read more
