When do the drive-thru to try the new peppermint frosty. This location has two lanes, but only one was in service at the time.... For anyone on the fence about trying the new Frosty flavor, it is worth the try! It has a nice blend of peppermint and vanillanotes. I was worried the peppermint would be overpowering or even have a more medicinal taste, but that was not the case. Thesweet peppermint is prevalent on the front end, then the flavor mellows out to stronger notes of vanilla. I hope this is alasting trend of new limited Frosty flavors year-round from Wendy's. I always sit in this line for at LEAST 10 minutes usually longer. I have a dairy allergy and 3 times in a row I have been given... a burger with cheese. Each time staff acted confused that they didn?t know cheese was dairy. It sucks because it?s convenient tomy place of work but I can?t risk eating at a food place that doesn?t understand a top allergen. Read more
The food at this particular Wendy's always seems to be better than other Wendy's. I go out of my way for this location. ... However, I came here to write a review because of an experience I had just a few minutes ago An individual at this locationnamed Nick or Nickolas gave me better customer service and care than most five-star restaurants that I have been to. As I ate myfood I noticed this man working very hard on different tasks around the store, but also greeting and serving incoming customers.He was extremely polite and courteous. I have been to this Wendy's many times over the years but this particular visit stood outdue to this employees wonderful attitude. I will go back just to see Nick. I'm a world of people who couldn't care less abouttheir job, this man was putting forth good effort and care. WENDYS should give him a raise. Retain your good people. Read more
So, today I thought I would be adventurous and try something new, (the Spicey Chicken Sandwich Combo - to be exact). The fries... were amazing as always! But the sandwich - could have "most certainly" used a little bit of TLC! It wanted to be good, but itwas definitely missing something! With the right sauce (of course - to your own taste), it could be over the top! The force is"not" strong with this one! Manager Tim highly disrespectful waited 30 minutes in the drive threw line. I say through the speaker oh I get a discount then... for the wait. Tim response oh no you can apply for a job here not knowing I?m on my lunch break for work. So I leave out of theline to go inside to place my order and come to find out both doors are locked and it?s only 4:20pm why are the doors lockedwith customers inside eating.
