My five star review isn't about the taste of the food. The burgers are what you expect from fast food. But the people at Sonic... are doing what they're supposed to do. Tonight I went for their Tuesday night special... Half-price cheeseburgers. I picked upeight with chili and jalapenos added to three of them for $20.48. this took care of my family for not too much money on anight when I needed something fast. Read more
The Card reader did not work and there were 'out of order' signs on Most of the drive-in order menu's! Not much of a choice.!
Tried placing an order, got cut off after repeating myself several time they finally got it but then told me total with letting... me finish order. When we received our order the RT 44 Dr. Pepper was flat. As if the soda box cartridge thing was low. Read more
This store said they couldn?t make our medium fries and tots that come with the meal large. Never heard of such. SMH. We do it... all the time at sonics everywhere. Train your people please!!! Read more
Very dirty location!! The outside of the building and the parking lot is so nasty!! I can only image what the inside looks like.... The owners/mngmnt should take pride in their business and clean it up. And clean the menu stands. Dirty with dead bugs inthem. Read more
Many of the order stations are out of order leaving the customer with a challenge to find the right parking space. Our order... was taken quickly and it was delivered quickly as well. However, part of the order was missing and the car carhop had toretrieve it and make a second delivery. We were all satisfied with the quality and taste of our choices. I will order my nextmilkshake without whipping cream though, because there was a lot! Read more
terrible experience. if i could give zero stars i would. Their mobile ordering has been the slowest mobile ordering i have... experienced. I ordered ice cream and had to wait 15 mins only to get the wrong order. then they brought me the correct ice creamonly for it to be melted. and when i notified them they never came out to my car. i have had several problems with the onlineordering. getting the wrong order or waiting up to 30mins. Had the absolute best chili cheese dog I've ever had here this time! Hot, fresh, and tasty. Hit the spot for sure.
