I got there 6 mins until close and waited in the drive through just to be ignored so I call them and it's now 1 min until close... and when I asked what time they close they said 11 so when I asked why nobody would answer me on the drive through she saidwe're closed. We were served a lovely tray of FOOD POISONING!! We ordered a double cheeseburger & 40 chicken nuggets. It was ALL disgusting... and horrible. First box of chicken nuggets had hair wrapped around 3 of them. Into the trash it went. Second box of chickennuggets over half were still raw. Into the trash they went. The Double Cheeseburger was soaked in some type of sour liquid andgave both of us food poisoning. DO NOT visit here unless you want to puke your guts for two days. Arrived at the truck stop and used the app to order my dinner for tonight and lunch tomorrow .. walked all the way down the... parking lot and walked to the store and as soon as I get to the counter my bag is waiting on me ... From the time I set brakesand hoof it into the store{ it was just under 3 min walk } .. it was a large order to boot and to their credit where it's due... I hate leaving bad reviews but to day you need to know. We went threw drive threw and we ordered the lady on the other end said... $8 and some change whitch was confirmed by the screen. When we got to the window she said $13 and some change the screen and thelady said $8 and some change. She got the manager and she didn't give us the time of day. Makeing us pay the $13 the lady atwindow said we could make a complaint on the website. How in the world dose it jump by $5 between ordering and and the window.Service sucks there. Read more
The young man taking our order was very rude he was even rude to my 10-year-old granddaughter he gave me three different prices... for the same menu items ordered and then still did not put the order in right and I had to correct my granddaughters meal afterwe received it this happens regularly with this young man I cannot remember his name but trust me he's Young and things he knowsat all one thing we are not as a customer is stupid Read more
