I placed an online order, picked it up and when we opened the bag at home a couple food items were incorrect. The manager who... answered the phone verified the order and the glitch in their online ordering system. He offered a refund or to make thesandwiches over again. We opted for new sandwiches, because the food is delicious. I was very impressed with how the managerhandled the situation. I returned the mistakes to the shop (wasn't looking for free food) and picked up the new ones. Mistakeshappen, it?s how the mistake is handled that counts. 5 ?? for customer service. Read more

I'm giving 5 stars for their menu and their cute little restaurant. It's very welcoming and acquaint. Their food is amazingly... delicious and drinks very refreshing!! Some of their staffs can come across being rude but I'm sure they're overwhelmed due tolack of staffing and demands from customers. Service is VERY slow especially during lunch hours. Again, do to staff shortage (nofault of theirs). So please be patient! I strongly suggest you call in your orders way ahead of time. Must try their Cobb saladand sandwiches. Heck all of their food is so good!!! It's bit addicting!! Read more

Food is great, however food is never on time for pick up, even with pre-ordering. Any time we pre-order for a specific pick up... time it's always late by 15+ minutes and we end up waiting to pick up our food. Can't go here if you plan on not being late. Read more

A nice Italian spot for breakfast or lunch. However, lately, the service has been lacking. They charge $1.00 extra for... blueberries. If the serving of blueberries was a decent size, I wouldn't mind, but it wasn't. A few blueberries thrown in theplate with my otder of French toast No refills on the sugar-free coffee. Nothing else was sugar-free, not even the Maple syrup!Most places, now have sugar-free Maple syrup! Doesn't accept cash now, because of coin shortage. Read more

I had to give this review one star in Oder to post..Cubo Cafe & Bistro deserves zero stars. My husband and 3 of his retired... friends went to Cibo Cafe and Bistro for the first time. My husband was the first to order, a breakfast sandwich and icedcoffee, his other 3 friends had coffee and muffins. After waiting approximately 20 minutes for his sandwich, he went to thecounter asking when the sandwich would be ready. They kept telling him 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes. After waiting a littlemore time he went up to the counter stating he wanted his money back, his friends were finished with their coffee and muffinsand were ready to leave. He asked to speak to the owner, they said he was busy. Since the owner did not respond to his request,the party got up to leave. At this point the waitress brought his sandwich out in a bag and dropped on the table. Once the groupwas outside getting into their car, his friend, who speaks Italian saw the owner and attempted to make him aware of theincident. The owner offered no satisfaction to my husband or his friend. The end result of this discussion in Italian was theowner telling my husbands friend ? if you don?t like it, don?t come back?. My husband has never been treated so disrespectfullyin all of his 70 years. With this type of customer service, please do not frequent this establishment as the employees and ownerare rude and unwilling to correct a customers legitimate complaint. Went this morning, not a smile in sight. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, after waiting 16 minutes, I went to the counter to ask,... the person said it was coming, as if I had the nerve to ask. Six minutes later, went up again and out comes the guy, hands methe tray and says, ? it?s right here? with attitude! Never again, I wanted to take my tip out of the can. If you?re not amorning person, and can?t greet a customer with a smile, maybe you need another shift. Or another job, not in customer service.I?d give zero stars if I could. Read more
