Went for sushi and drinks in Wakefield, we've been here several times now. There are a lot of cocktail options, many iterations... of martini, although very few more savory options. The coctail my partner had most recently was a bit off - their version of acosmo. Vesper was a bit sweet and non-traditional, although good. Beer list is limited. Sushi options are many. Ordered lunch (Pad Thai) through GrubHub. Went to pick it up at the correct time. The manager was not sure about the order,... asked for my phone number, and checked his tablet and computer. After a few minutes, I get a text alert from GrubHub saying“your food is being prepared”, and right afterward the manager states “your food will be ready in about five moreminutes”. Clearly they forgot about the order. Pad Thai was made poorly - not enough sauce, tiny amount of chicken, no flavor.Save your time and money and find another restaurant. Read more
Ordered gluten free and thought it would be safe but next day and I’m extremely sick. The female bartender was pretty... intoxicated so not sure if she maybe didnt tell the chef it was gluten free but don’t think I’ll go back with how sick Ifeel now :( food was good though Read more
Ordered 3 hours before it was supposed to be delivered and it was never delivered. Some kid working the front desk would put us... on hold as soon as I called and would never pick back up. Sat on hold for 40 minutes then hung up, called again and some guyanswered. Ended up coming to pick it up. Child at the front desk was extremely rude, finally got our order, got home and half ofour stuff was missing. Tried calling again and every time we tried to talk to this kid working the front desk would put us onhold (to go on her phone which we saw every time we went). Went back a second time to either get the food we’re missing or geta refund for what we are missing. Called a friend who the same exact thing happened to them last week. Food itself is prettymediocre along with the staff. If you want good Chinese food and friendly staff I recommend going to All Seasons Table inMalden. Staff are amazing and the food is awesome. Very good Chinese take out joint. Food is always made fresh, with great value, staff is friendly, and online ordering is a... breeze. The all day combos are enough food for two meals, which is great when I know I'll need leftovers the next day. We willdefinitely order again! Read more
