Judging by some recent negative reviews, they seem to have sorted out whatever issues they were having. We were on the way home... from vacation and it was very busy, but they were cranking out orders. I needed Directions The Cashier gave me Directions to where I had to go Perfectly ????. The Bathroom was such a MESS...No... Toilet Paper and the Floor was just trashed ????. Plus the bathroom ???? needed Cleaning. Read more
Would give zero if possible. We get to place the order, what do you want? Sounded rude and should have know what was ahead. ... Asked for caramel latte and recieved a drink white as snow, taste like just cream. Returned ask if the order was wrong, blow usoff and continued to complaining about management in front of customers. "Only came in because under staffed" was a response. Bathrooms were disgusting looks like it wasn't cleaned in five years. Toilet covered in brown substance, toilet paper holderwas broken and the pauper was on the floor. No hand soap. Simply horrible. Will be sure to tell as many people as possible tostay away from this dump. The place should be shut down, I wouldn't eat or drink anything that comes out of a place like that. Read more
Go to this location numerous times since it's near my home. I've had good service but today was the worst. I had ordered a... Croissant is nice & hot. Service is good. But forgot bacon on the avocado toast. Toilets are the most disgusting I have seen in... any Dunkin . I did tell the staff, they are working on it, however, if you see the stains, they are not cleaned for a long time. Read more
Great atmosphere in here; I had some friends visiting from out west who had the gall to order a latte at a Dunkin Donuts. After... dusting off the machine and firing it up and making their Starbucks-esque nonsense, the server had the good sense to throw someshade at them in the most New England manner possible. That alone makes it 4 stars. Dunkins is like a New England Embassy, andthese brave patriots in Wakefield made it feel like home. Read more
