I come to this panera daily and get my favorite drink. Every day I was greeted with a smile from this wonderful young lady named... Ashley D. For the past week or so I have not had the happiness and joy I normally get when I walk in because she has not beenthere. I am very saddend that she is not there hence the 3 stars. She always greeted me with a large smile and made sure myorder was PERFECT. one time the lemonade holders were leaking EVERYWHERE and she JUMPED to resolve the issue. Another time therewere no more straws or lids and before I could finish my sentence she already was reaching for more. This world needs moreamazing workers like her! Read more
I used to love Panera, but their soups used to be a lot better. Obviously prices have gone up over the years and I only order... when I'm desperate, because I feel like the quality has gone downhill as prices rise. You pay more for less. Although, theirfrontega chicken sandwich is my favorite. Since they started making it, I only order that when I'm in the mood for a sandwich! It has a little heat and the basil is a nice touch. The cafe looked so clean! In these times, thats the first thing you loom for. Sad, but true. Staff was friendly and... accomodating. I had the turkey avocado sandwich, my guest had the soup half sandwich combo. Very timely, which was importantsince we had an appointment. Love this cafe! Read more
The food is good, but this store has been so disappointing. They never answer the phone, it just rings and rings. Customer... service is inaccessible / nonexistent. Placed a large mobile order, which automatically timed our order for an hour later, andthe order hadn?t even been started when we arrived at the scheduled time to pick it up. Recently, my curbside order took 30minutes to be brought out. I tried calling the store, it just rang and rang once again. Had a sleeping infant in my car, sowalking in to the store was not an option for me at that time. I understand the entire world is short staffed right now, butjeeze?. Be sure to check your bag with to go orders unless you want to wind up driving all the way back. I assumed once the to go order... was placed and the ticket was punched- the order would be completed. Nonetheless, we got home and realized we were missing awhole meal. And when relaying it to another customer while he was in line, he said he would have walked out without items too,had he not been warned. Read more
