The food is delicious, do not get me wrong. The food was not the issue. It was the lady working at 6:45 AM on 7/18. This was my... mother and my second encounter with her. The first time, she took 30 minutes to get out our two bagels (two asiago with cheeseand egg), serving others who ordered after us first. This time, she nearly burnt my mom?s asiago with egg and cheese bagel. Shetook three times to get my bagel right (an asiago with just deli turkey and cheese). The man before us ordered coffee and wasgoing to serve our bagels before his coffee and he ordered before we even showed up! 10/10 food, -2/10 customer service.
