Wheeewee baby!! When I say I had the cleanest shower today!! Hot water, great pressure and extra clean!!!! Thank you so much to... Courtney who took her time and did a great job of cleaning my bathroom before I showered!! I was having a rough day and anyoneknows a good shower makes you feel better and for that I am sooooo grateful!! Waiting for one hour for a shower, reason is one there to clean used shower ( but there was so many workers just jabbering at... cashier no customers) By far this is the worst pilot (even owner pays attention only for the positive reviews looks like he/shedoesn?t care anymore about business) Read more
Plenty of parking available when I arrived at 1400hrs. Repair shop closed. Hours of operation for shop is M-F from 8am-5pm. Sat... 8am-12 noon. Must be nice to have Bankers hours is this day and age. Small C-Store with limited choices. Only positive side wasshowers ????. Extremely roomy, clean and well stocked. Great water pressure and temperature ????. Read more
16JUL2022 @ 18:27:41. I arranged a shower at this location. This system works by assigning shower numbers next to customer... numbers, on a Flat-Screen Display. As they become available, there?s usually an audible announcement as well. There was a fewcustomers ahead of me according to screen readout. I was number 129. Number 126 was assigned a number. Average wait periods canbe up to 30 minutes. So, I sat down in the laundry room, located in the same hallway as the showers. However, after 10 minutes,an employee passed by me in the laundry room. I got up and checked the screen because I saw the same employee helping anothercustomer with a shower assignment. The screen displayed my shower number being the same number the attendant was going letanother customer use. I asked why he would do that seeing me sitting and waiting. He got irate. Stating I didn?t need to be sostern. I?m sorry. Sometimes I forget how a 61 year-old man, hobbling around with a cane, can appear threatening. I am however,becoming increasingly aware of threatening behaviors being displayed towards older people. I will not be going back here. The best thing about this Pilot is the fact the employees all have good customer service unlike the Pilot across the street.... Both night time employees and morning do a good job... now the employees across the highway specially the lady that goes by(June) older nastier lady... according to her she provided 17 years of service to Pilot... yet her customer service speaks otherwise... Now understand me and the wife our in our mid 20s... we are older truckers... the customer service is superb at thislocation at least it was for us. Do not go to the other location unless your desperate for something... items don't match, theemployees are rude... there DEF is bad just buy it inside.. the only time it's good is during the day or when The employee thatgoes by (June) Long white hair looks like she's in her late late 70s. She's probably waiting 3 year more years for thatretirement money cause you'd think other lady's would be sweet right? Not this lady...don't waste your time. Keep up the goodwork guys and don't let June come work for you guys or I'll be forced to go across the street to TA. Read more
Positive: Fuel was cheap (relatively speaking). Additionally used $0.05/gal Good Sam discount. Negative: Very difficult to get... Class C RV (32 foot) and TOAD out of the pumps. Tight space. There didn't appear to be a gasoline option where the big rigsfilled up. Read more
They need to make sure all the private rooms have secure locks in place. A few times I?ve had someone reserve a shower and it... gives them a code to my room and they just walk right in, not very comforting when my wife is in her own room by her selfwithout a sufficient interior locking device.
