Don't come here if you are in a hurry. Staff couldn't be bothered to have someone take orders at the cash register. Even when... it wasn't very busy, it took well over 10 minutes to have someone take my order. I haven't gotten my food yet, so I'll have tosee how long that takes! Read more
Definitely the dirtiest restaurant I've ever eaten at 100%!! The restroom was disgusting, all surfaces in the dining area and... beverage station were sticky, and they were out of lids. The fries were soggy and luke warm, burger was luke warm and the baconwas for sure cooked maybe 2 weeks ago, and there were dead cockroaches on the floor! I shouldn't have even ordered seeing theplace but waited too long to eat so I took the chance ???? I tossed 85% of the food and would have gone back for a refund if Iweren't traveling through. The health department for sure needs to make a stop in inspection of this place!! Read more
Perhaps the most unruly Wendy's I have ever been to. I get it that at times employees get frustrated and feel the need to vent.... However doing it in the dining area and where everyone in the restaurant can hear it with the F bomb being used almost everyother word was way out of line. Management needs to really consider who they hire and how they conduct themselves on thepremises. The food was good but the environment made my visit completely unenjoyable. My first visit was not as bad as thisone but none the less still not how an establishment should be run. Avoid this one until the personnel situation is fixed orunless you are really hungry for Wendy's. Read more
This was, by far, the slowest Wendy?s I have ever been to! We waited in line for a good 30 minutes and there was like 5 cars... ahead of us. I guess you can make your own standards when you?re the only place around?. Read more
My issue was with the food. The chili was not warm enough to melt the cheese. I couldn't add ketchup to cut the spice because it... made it even colder. I couldn't finish my small bowl, too disgusting. My husband had a Junior Bacon cheeseburger, same thing.It was barely warm. His chili was no warmer than mine. My husband also commented that the frosty mix was very grainy, not aWendy's normal consistency. We won't be stopping at this location again. Read more
No fries but could understand that? but not all the flies. The person at the counter was swapping flies while saying they did... not have fries. There was water on the floor with no sign and no one cleaning it up. We went to Subway we?re it is nice andclean. A couple of weeks earlier went thru the drive thru and waited a very long time for the order. I live about 7 minutesaway. Our cashier was the most helpful, and the most pleasant cashier ever had at a restaurant in a while. I wish I would have... remembered her name or got her name. My order was incorrect and when I went back in to get it corrected, they argued that I didn't know what I ordered. Attitude... was terrible. Slow. Food was cold. I can't find our receipt, but somehow we were charged 22.49 for a Dave's classic singlecombo with cheese and baconator. Read more
