I don't eat here I was just taking my daughter to pick up some food.... I don't think the food is all that fresh or delicious

Got a BMT.. it hardly had any meat in it , tomatoes was very slimy , Dry roll , prices go up and the product goes down ???? sad... ???? they close at 8pm and we've been there before 8 and the doors locked, they never answer the phone!! Horrible. They were not busy. The tuna sandwich soaked through the brown paper bag before we made it home. The tuna was made... very runny and also had a red hair in it! Will not return. Read more

I got there 45 minutes before closing I was refused food after just being told they put the meats away early for there own... convenience. They were extremely rude about the whole situation and I will NOT be going back! Read more

I frequent this place regularly during the sports seasons. Tonight I went through the drive thru and was told that I was not... allowed to place my order there. Okay, weird I thought because I do this all the time, but thought maybe there was a policychange. Then I went inside, placed the order, and proceeded to pay with gift cards that my daughters were given for Christmas. The first gift card went through. The second one didn't work. The cashier (the same one who told me I had to order inside toget the food and couldn't use the drive-thru) looked at me and asked me if I stole the gift card. I was pretty upset by thisand explained they were christmas gifts for my daughters and that we were told each one had $15 on it. Nope, she persisted totell me that they were not activated so unless I had a receipt, it must've not been paid for and continued to insinuate that itwas stolen. Then I looked at the receipt from the first one and saw that there was another $20 left on the card that was onlysupposed to have $15 to begin with and figured that there must've been a mistake when they were originally purchased withactivation. I got a crooked apology and went on my way. This is pretty terrible customer service and as a frequent customerI'm deeply offended and disgusted by the way I was treated tonight. Read more

This particular Subway went above and beyond to make a great sandwich. Lots of toppings, fresh bread and great customer service... with a very helpful attitude. The guy that made our sandwiches seemed as though he was really happy to help us. Clean place andeverything was great! Read more
