I will first say, it seemed like there were limited serving staff, but the service was not great. We had to find someone to seat... us when we first came in. Took a while for us to get our drinks, which were only straight alcohol. Seemed like the server hadattitudes because we asked why our drinks came the way they did. The food was good though. Read more
Was greater and seated quickly. Told waitress would be with us shortly. 5 mins waitress came, we ordered drinks, chips/dip and... our meals. Waitress entered in on tablet. 20 minutes go by no drinks no chips. Hostess comes by and ask if we had outer drinkorder taken, which we said yes. Waitress comes by and noticed we had no drinks and went and got drinks. 1 minute later mealsbrought out. Still no chips, as he sets plates down he states the side order of asparagus that was order would be right out. Iasked what about the chips and dip and just got dear in head light look. We started eating. Never received chips or asparagus.Finished eating and ready to leave waitress brings over chips and dip. I told her nevermind just want check. And informed her totake both chips and asparagus off bill. She said she would Came back to say bill was on device on table, still had hips andasparagus charged. She told device and got manager to remove it. This was a horrible experience. The place was not busy but onlyone waitress who stated she was new and no one was helping her. Had a really bad service experience. We might have been seated for 10-15 minutes before the waitress introduced herself. We... almost let that long wait slide because she was actually really nice and pleasant (even though she never said "Sorry for thewait"). But after taking our order, she disappeared for at least another 30 minutes, leaving us to flag down employees forthings like refills and BBQ sauce. When she finally did decide to return to our table, her only words were "Y'all ready for thecheck?" Uhhhhh...... You ready for a bad tip? The food was well prepared. It's Chili's so we weren't expecting fine dining LOL.Everything did come out pretty quickly and there were no mistakes to the order. Oh yeah! Also, the bar is closed there! My first time at a Chili's Grill & Bar. Took my daughter and my two grandchildren with mom here. Everything was really good. We... just had to wait a little while before being seated. We will try one again when we return to Florida. Read more
My daughter and I went to the Chili?s in Waldorf, MD at 11:00am when they first opened. The restaurant floors and tables were... filthy. The floors were so greasy and wet. The bathroom sinks were dirty. There was food on the tables, chairs and in thecrevices of the booth seats. There is no excuse for a restaurant to look this filthy as soon as it opens. We told our waitressKia about the issue and she immediately started sweeping and trying to clean. The other employees were sitting around laughingand talking. Never saw a manager come out onto the restaurant floor. There are too many germs and diseases going around for thisnonsense. I will not be returning here. Read more
Visited this Chili's on Memorial Day Weekend the service was horrid. The waitress never checked on us. The mixed drink was... nothing but straight Vodka. On top of all that the burger ordered by one of the party was cooked just under Rare when sent backthe burger that was brought out was completely raw. Pictures attached is the second burger. The only good thing that came out ofthis is the manager comp'd the meal. This is the second time we have gone to this restaurant where the food was not edible andthe service was horrid. Read more
I went in for a quick bite to eat. I had to wait 5 minutes for a waiter to come to be seated. The table was sticky to the touch.... I was offered no silverware had to ask for it.The Onion peels were undercooked no seasoning. The 1st on on entry I ordered theSanta Fe Chicken Caesar salad with shrimp had 1 cup of Old Bay Seasoning on it. Horrible! I ordered a replacement meal whichwas the steak with broccoli and I And mashed potatoes.. The potatoes were OK the you're ok the broccoli was good. The stake Idid not need to tablespoons of butter over top of it it was ok.. Overall I was kind of disappointed with this restaurant. Read more
I frequent chilis often by myself or with friends. The service has always been good when I?ve come. But I want to stress that I... am an adult and I have patience and understanding when I notice that a place is short staffed. Only thing that really gets to meis once I was here an this older couple wanted everything their way with no thought to others within the restaurant and had nopatience and bragged how they knew they would be able to get their meal for free. Now I understand if the food/drink is wrong orif you were blatantly disrespected by staff. But they weren?t and I honestly feel this isn?t the first time this has happened. Read more
