I absolutely LOVE Chipotle! Get it twice a week, BUT every time I visit this one, they are rude, unaccomidating, barley give you... chicken-I mean what is a full scoop worth to them??--charge you extra for toppings because you ask for them to be put in a bowl-BTW...my preference as a paying customer --which there should be NO charge for considering they are part of the selections thatgo in the bowl; then have the nerve to be smart and rude again when you question it??? If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute rudest staff I've ever experienced at a chipotle. Specifically the morning to... afternoon staff. If the place isn't swarming with flies the employees are using demeaning or rude tones with you when you'rejust trying to order food. Especially the older women who work there. It's not just tone of voice it's the way they handle thefood you're trying to pay for and look at you. I've gone there multiple times and have been treated poorly just for being there.What horrible staff and management probably doesn't care. This was the worst salad I have ever had. There were about 8 pieces of chicken. Three lettuce leaves. What kind of salad has no... lettuce? Maybe they need to start weighting their food to ensure they are putting in the correct amount. Or it because Iordered it through Door dash. In any event I will never return. Read more
Do not order online!!! The order is never correct. The manager ?Israel? is rude with no customer service. I had to return to... the store after they delivered chips and guacamole only, completely forgetting our bowls. When I arrived the 1st thing they saidwas it wasn?t their fault. It was not the delivery persons fault Bc the tag clearly said 1 of 1, and bowls would not have fit inthat small bag. They found my order on the shelf, re-bagged it and gave it to me. He refused to give me a refund, refused togive me fresh bowls, and was very rude. I paid for delivery and still had to go to the store.This is the worst customer serviceI?ve experienced in awhile! Order salad bowl online around 7:20pm to pick up at 7:40pm, got there around 7:40pm and didn't get my order until 8:10pm. People... who came in after me to wait in the line got their food well before I did. I think that's ridiculous. Either: 1. Chipotle.comshould have update as to if the orders are backed up and/or 2. Have few more people than just one person to make the onlineorders. People paid for online orders already before picking up. The priority should be for those that paid for it first. I alsoordered salad bowl but I only got finger-full of salads. I literally got more from fajita veggies than lettuce and spinachcombined, as shown on the picture. Read more
On 9-15-2022 at around 6:30-6:35pm a Lady that was serving beans was very rude to me today for having an attitude repeating... herself another time because I didn?t hear her question if I wanted beans the first time.
