We were there yesterday to celebrate my birthday. We had reservations, 20 minutes went by and the very helpful hostess gave us... water. 10 minutes went by and she brought us bread and asked if we were going to the the all you can eat part of the menu wesaid yes. We were welcomed to get our side dishes by the hostess. Later we got to have ONE chicken wing each and later oneprice of steak? My husband was holding on eating his sides because he was waiting on some meat. 45 minutes into our ?dinner?when the assistant manager asked how everything was we told her it was a fiasco so far. We never got to order drinks because theone waiter came to ask for our drink order when we were ready to leave. We were skipped one time when lamb went by. I laugh nowbut it was not funny then. I just wanted to leave. When we got the check we got the FULL PRICE charger OF ITEMS. ???????? Iwanted to cry? ???? anyway it?s was horrible. As we walked out the door the table next to us asked if we were charged, we saidyes and they couldn?t believe it. It was just before 8:00 pm they closed even if they advertise they close at 10:00pm it wasthat bad of a day for them I assume. It was a very bad experience. Perhaps it was just a Wednesday night?? I guess I will neverknow because we are never going back? we had reservation but maybe if you reserve a week in advance you will have a betterexperience. Wow! My husband, our son and I went to the restaurant for the first time on Thursday night. We were pleased by the upscale... decor as soon as we walked in the door. We loved the service by so many attentive people, including a former student who did agreat job. The meats and salad bar were fantastic. Our favorite was the lamb and sirloin and bacon wrapped chicken, but ALLwere delicious! We will go back for special dinners. Let?s support this local and classy restaurant. Read more
I have just had the worst dinning experience ever. The food was terrible. The food was over cooked. Some of the meat varied from... over seasoned to under seasoned. It lacked consistency. There was to be a rotation of food. This did not occur. There weremeat selections that we were never offered. The cuts of meat were substandard. The quality was deplorable. Food on the salad baras well as, the Hot Bar had been sitting or extended periods of time creating dryness. I also ordered a glass of strawberrylemonade and clustered in the bottom of the glass was mound of sugar. I would not ever return to that place. This was not arestaurant. A restaurant is a business that is supposed to prepare and serve food to customers. They failed at all levels. I didaddress the owner of the business with my concerns. He appeared to be receptive. He stated he would adjust the bill. When Ireceived the bill. He took off 3 non alcoholic beverages. The young server Adam was appropriate as he tried to beaccommodating. He was thrusted into in a bad situation that he did not deserve. Black owned business you need to go back to thedrawing board. I am Black women that supports black owned businesses. Finally made it to Lucianna's with the fam. We didn't do the unlimited food this time but we will. The bar food and drinks was... amazing happy hour on Friday.....insane lol. Read more
The staff were very nice. The salad bar could be improved with more variety of salads. Takes more time to get the steaks served.... I only saw one server doing the rounds. More than one server may shorten the time of waiting for rounds of the stake served.Over all good. Has potential to be the best Brazilians. Read more
Good first look! Brunch had a cold and hot bar, plus an omelet and waffle station. There were also, young gentlemen walking... around with delicious cuts of meat and specialties like shrimp and grits! Only criticism would be the young lady making theomelets cooked them to a deep brown color. We didn't even taste them. They didn't look appetizing at all. They have chandeliersmade with wine glasses! A nice casual Brazilian Steakhouse experience for a very reasonable price. Their main menu has a large variety of meats on the... spit. The salad bar and sides have a wide selection to satisfy all. They also have a wide selection of fruits that we had fordessert. The best were the caramelized bananas and pineapple (shown in picture below). Over all a fantastic experience! Relaxand enjoy. Had a blast at Luciana's Steakhouse in Waldorf MD. We held a family gathering to celebrate a special birthday and the entire... staff, from Mr. Sincere the owner to every waiter were very helpful. The service was just amazing, the food variety was great,not too much to overwhelm but perfect to provide choices. The flavor on every item we tasted was just exceptional and absolutelyamazing.
