I stop going here because they always screwed up my order. The other day I took a chance and gave it a try again and nothing has... change , its no better going inside either. I have watched customer walk out because how slow they are at the front counter. Iwont be eatting here anymore. Their is to many other options in Waldorf. Read more
Couldn?t even order. Was standing in line for 10 mins and still no one took our order. A lady asked us if we did and I said no... and we still didn?t get to order. Kids were crying because they were hungry so we decided to leave. I would leave zero stars ifI could. Read more
I hadn't had McDonalds in years and now I remember why. All I had was the fish sandwich combo. The fish sandwich was okay. Had... enough tarter sauce on it. But the fries.....they could have left them in the fryer a little longer. At least some more colorand fried through. They were soft borderline undercooked. Like noodle fries. My sweet tea tasted like they left the tea bag intoo long. I chose this location because I tried the other the week prior and their fish sandwich tasted old. I'm glad breakfastis still okay. Outside of MAYBE getting breakfast, you can count me out of getting anything else. 2 loses- 0 wins.....nothappening a 3rd time. Read more
The food was hot, service time was reasonable. They had a young man outside taking orders which is great for speed of service,... and the girl at window repeated my order, another plus. At food side the girl smiled and greeted me, but they forgot my kidsapple juice and I had to park the car and go inside to grab the juice. Which was inconvenient since we were running late for abirthday party already. I was impressed by this McD to say the least. My experience would have been a 5 if not for orderaccuracy issues. If you don't want to be price gouged, then don't visit this McDonald's. Pricing on menu board is "incorrect" and instead of... honoring the price presented, the manager said that the board is wrong and I need to pay $1 more for a Mcflurry. They actuallythought I would agree with paying $4.13 for a small cup of ice cream and oreo cookies. I'll go to the grocery store before I dothat. Read more
Ordered a large latte, asked at the window if they rang a large because the total didn?t sound right, was told they rang a large... so I paid then they hand me a receipt that said small latte and when I pointed out the mistake at the next window they just said?oooh. Sorry. Have a nice day? and did nothing to fix it. I would have happily paid for the correct order. Read more
