The customer service was wonderful. We were seated quickly and got our drinks fast. The food was amazing. I just love the bread.... Parking was great to. We got a spot right up front. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. We most definitely will beeating there again Read more
Ok. Alice Springs Chicken was good. Server gave us the wrong check then couldn't refund immediately. Have to wait for the bank... to credit the card back. Service was good but....Mgr didn't offer a dessert or to comp anything. Read more
My steak was suppose to be rare it was well done . They forgot tge Alfredo sauce for the noodles and my mushrooms for my steak... and one order had a baked potatoe and instead they switched it out for vegetables . My bill was over $130.00 and not very edible. Read more
ZERO stars, unfortunately you have to do at least one to post. Didn?t even get a chance to eat here, when we walked in the... establishment- the section we were seated in was completely empty. Three parties later, we still hadn?t been greeted by ourwaiter. Then the other parties that came in AFTER us were being tended to. After going to the host and letting them know westill hadn?t been seen we were told she was gonna go find our waiter- after 10 minutes, nobody still came to our table. So wedecided to leave. I ordered a salad with extra dressing no dressing. My husbands salad was just lettuce and cheese was everything on it. extra... dressing. Not dressing. No butter with the bread. Shrimp were dried out. Chewy. $60 I'm done with outback in Waldorf. Read more
Great. Steak was cook to perfection. Salad and vegetables cooked to prefection.perfection. cheese cake delicious.
Food was ok. Service was horrible. Waited about 45 minutes to be sat (in a section that had no one else in.) Waited about... another 10 for the server, ordered drinks and got them 15 minutes later. Our server didn't return to our table for 40 minuteswhen she came with our food. That's when I noticed 4 or 5 servers sitting in a section talking about other workers and not doingtheir jobs (our server included.) Got our drink refills in to-go cups because we were done eating before our server stoppedtalking to her friends to bring our drinks. Had to ask a different server for items because our server was too busy talking. First time at this location and the last. Too expensive to get this poor of service. Read more
