This review is solely about what it's like to sit in the dining area and work on my laptop. I work from home, so I typically... try to find coffee shops or cafes to visit during the day. I visited this Panera Bread on 10/25 and ended up leaving before myworkday finished. There aren't a lot of outlets for people who need to charge devices, and the outlet I did find wasn't verysecure. The outlet was very loose (meaning my charger could easily be pulled out). The WiFi is also terrible, so I used myhotspot on my phone. Also, the restaurant smelled like burnt bread. I ended up leaving halfway through the day and heading to alocal Starbucks. It just wasn't an enjoyable experience. Read more
Always a great place to eat! Variety to choose from, staff that know the right questions to ask if you get stumped, can even... eat outdoors on a beautiful day! Will continue to keep them on my 'not cooking today' list!! Read more
My kiddo accidentally dropped 2 full smoothies onto the floor and was so upset. The staff at this location was more than kind... to him and promptly cleaned it up and remade the smoothies. They were excellent and we were grateful. This was also on the 4thif July so they were working a holiday and still so so patient and friendly! Read more
Very slow at lunchtime with carryout orders. Even if you select a specific time in advance, prep often begins after the order... was supposed to be ready. Quality is generally good, but if you have a tight schedule around lunchtime, you should probablyorder elsewhere. Read more
So so disappointed I bought a cold brew almond Cofee was 3.81 so small at Dunkin? I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich online from the Waldorf MD location. I received a burnt sandwich. Both the bread and cheese... are burnt. How do you burn a grilled cheese sandwich, then actually wrap it up and package for customer pickup like it's no bigdeal? Read more
This Panera has gone so downhill. They?re always running out of things, ignore customizations on to go orders, and the quality... of the food is just lacking and lazy. They run out of chips frequently and give you a bag of plain utz chips instead of thePanera kettle chips. And today they have put these insanely huge and overpowering onions on my sandwich. Who the heck can eat anonion THIS BIG on a sandwich?! It?s disgusting that they would even serve this! Read more
