I only gave 4 stars, because I have experienced great, during quieter times and not so good during busier hours. However, the... people have been fabulous. Now I make sure that I get in before the busy hour and all is well. UPDATE: For those who arestilling calling in your orders and not using the Pizza Hut App - STOP! We have a standard order (which I suspect most peopledo). Our standard order (on the app) is 2 medium 3 topping pizzas, bread sticks and a large chocolate chip cookie for $24.99. The other day I was having issues with my phone and couldn't get into the app, so I called to place my ordered but opted justfor the same pizzas (medium). Cost $31.00!! When I arrived and asked about the difference they told me they no longer carryANY specials in-house, all specials are ordered online or via the app. Note to self. Tried to place an order online but the website and app was not working. Called to order but George said they couldn?t honor the... online deals and there was no way for him to change the price at the store. I continued for 15 min and finally the app placed myorder. I was notified the order was ready to pick up but when I arrived the order had been cancelled! The manager was extremelynice and retook my order, honoring my online price!!! Carry-out only and be wary of the website switching you from delivery to carry-out without warning. I placed the order and paid... for it before I realized that I had to change from my swim suit to regular clothes so I could pick it up and by the time that Imade it home in the Friday rush hour traffic, out Pizza was lukewarm because we don't own a "Keep Warm" bags like the deliverydrivers have. My family ordered pizza about 2 days ago. The dough was very uncooked. I don?t mean just a little soft dough on the top and it... was find. We had to put it in the microwave for 4 minutes before it was cooked through. I should not be having to finish cookingfood my family PAID TO BE COOKED. Read more
The young blonde lady at the front gave me the completely wrong order. I ordered traditional bone in MILD wings, I have an... intolerance to spicy food and she gave me Hot Buffalo. I am returning tomorrow as soon as it opens and I want a refund or myactual order that I paid for. Read more
I ordered a medium pan pizza with pork, onions and jalapenos. I drive all the way to Waldorf to pick it up, when I get back home... open the box to see No Cheese and not a pan pizza! (I drove from Accokeek to pick it up! ) They tried to say order was mixed upwith another that just happened to order the exact same toppings but with no cheese on hand tossed. I don't think so! The cheese pizza was burnt with very little cheese...the pepperoni pizza looked deflated (definitely did not look like a pan... pizza) with too much crust exposed around the edges. Neither pizza looked fresh or was hot. They then proceeded to tell me thatall cheese pizza is burnt :-/. Thankfully they refunded my order. I had to reorder and drive to the Clinton location to getpizza the correct way. I won't be visiting this location again. Read more
