If I could give no stars I would. I comm into the restaurant and this place smelled very awful and it wasn?t the smell of... rotisserie chicken. It smell like bad Fitch or shrimp. I regret ordering from them when I got my food I was extremely grossedout. Chicken was raw and still bleeding. At least get one thing right the chicken. It?s in your name. And I had to wait a longtime for it. Extremely disappointed I will not be coming back Ever. If you going to be in the food industry get better. Read more
We ordered with Grubhub. This was our first experience with Silvestre. The food was amazing. I have never been able to find... any local restaurant who can provide and offer a fresh snapper whole. It was perfect. Everything was very fresh and myHusband ordered the steak and cheese sub that was loaded with fresh meat and full of flavor. A hidden gym in Waldorf. The chicken is amazing. It has that smokey flavor all through the meat. If you don't know what to get,... start with that. You get a descent amount of food for the money, so you definitely won't be hungry afterwards. The lady thatworks the register everyday is awesome too. Read more

This location does not care about anything I have been to other Silvestre but the Waldorf location is the worse they do not care... how the food look or taste the workers are rude I have came back 3 time cause maybe it was just an off day I got the salmon andshrimp the salmon was dry even with the sauce they put on it rice burnt and I have never had the black beans without the saucethey were dry as well that's the last time I'm going to this location... you all need to fire everyone in here and start new orsend them to the other locations to be trained because they are messing up your name with the horrible service and bad foodpreparation Read more
