Change your Sunday hours from 4:00pm to 1:00pm for football season. No one knows your open at 1:00 on Sundays now. Over all the... place is awesome. Read more
Went in today around 7PM. Everyone was nice for the most part. Was greeted by the bartender promptly and told her I was waiting... on someone else (who was 2 minutes behind me). From the time the other person arrived until the time we left? we waited 30minutes for no one to show up! All the staff seemed to be in the VIP area not paying attention to who was on the floor. And thewaitress that did show up, forgot very quickly. I am extremely disappointed and I am not sure if I want to go back! Went downhill since the last time I visited. Read more
Me and my friends used to come to this spot and sit at the bar, drink and listen to music before the renovations. We went into... the supposedly new Society the other day and now they don?t have seats at the bar and if you don?t pay for an overpriced boothyou have to stand all night with your drink and hookah ????. Not sure what the owner was trying to accomplish with this dumbmove but they definitely lost some customers. Read more
$100 each person at the bar cool if you have food but they don?t, but said that I can bring own food ????. Who is spending $100... at the bar on themselves each on liquor and hookah. Then for table $350 min. Get outta here this is not DC or NY. ???? this isWaldorf. You would turn away $200 maybe $250 because we don?t want to be on a tab limit - lose good business this way. *****Interim Review as of January of 2021 and During The COVID-19 Global Pandemic: I've always wanted to go to a Hookah Bar and... Lounge and I just happened to see this Hookah Bar and Lounge one night as I was sitting in my car eating my dinner I purchasedfrom a business within this shopping center. While I was eating, I saw an employee come out to alert a Customer that thereappeared to be a problem with a payment card and/or credit card. What I really liked was the fact that this employee spoke sorespectfully and discreetly about the matter even though the Customer was across the parking lot and about to get in a car withhis companions to leave when the employee located him.. In other words, the employee took great care not to embarrass theCustomer and I'm sure the customer had to appreciate the very rare form of Customer Service and Customer Care Etiquette skillsthat this employee possesses and I was very impressed. I instantly knew after witnessing this interaction that this will be thevery first Hookah Lounge I will visit asap. I also later called here and I had the pleasure of speaking with (Ms.)Kayla. I toldMs. Kayla about this matter in praise of that employee. I also needed to ask Kayla an unrelated question. Kayla very patientlylistened to all I said and she answered my question with outstanding professionalism, respect and kindness. She too possessesOutstanding Customer Service and Customer Care Etiquette skills. and I now very much look forward to my 1st visit inside. Iwill update this Post accordingly asap regarding my inside experience here:)???????????????????????????????????? Read more
It was a good time. Waitress was timely and nice. Hookah tastes good, alcoholic beverages are mixed well. Music was louder in... the front so sit in the back if you just want to relax. Price is on point though, $100 for 3 hookahs and 5 drinks mind all wasduring happy hour...water is free! The tables and bar area were both clean. Though the seating (couches) were a bituncomfortable. Bathrooms were clean, but floors were sticky. Biggest disappointment was that at 9pm they reserve all theirtables, I mean ALL, every single table. It took maybe 2 minutes to clean up the table but we were moved to standing room only at835pm. This is the most aggravating. I get they reserve tables but maybe they should have reserved tables and walk in tables. They only allow one hose per hookah (maybe that's standard?) We're going to try other locations.... Read more
Aesthetically pleasing and staff was really nice. Music was good but really loud. Not a good place to talk to people cause you... won't hear them. Hookah was decent but extremely pricey. Drinks run around $20 (they are strong) and hookah runs around $25. Ifyou want to sit it will cost you $125 otherwise you're standing the entire time if you can find a spot. Read more
I have never had such a bad experience. I don?t know if I?m Rosa parks little sister but I could not get a seat unless I paid... 250. I had to hit the hookah and drinks at the bar with no chairs. They blocked me on Instagram because I spoke about thefoolishness and service they provided. I watched the owner disregard his customers and their needs despite the money that wasbeing spent. I carry my good self to D.C and told all my fellow educator friends to avoid this establishment. Read more
