Ordered at the drive in part. 30 min later I had to ring them again to make sure they were tracking the order. 5 min after that... I finally see my order on the screen but then it disappears. Super frustrating. Still waiting on my order and it's not thatbusy. Oh and the order was just a few drinks and some cheese sticks. *Edit: someone came out and explained what happened.Apparently the order was rung up at the wrong stahl. Hopefully we can get the order now ??????? **Edit: The person that let meknow what was going on, just came out with the order and apologized again. Super friendly! The staff at this establishment are truly terrible. They talk over you, their tone is rude, they toss your change, and they... catch an attitude if you ask for anything else such as napkins, condiments, straws. They also will deliberately mess your orderup just hearse you try to make sure your order is right. Asked the female employee for a burrito and a mango lemonade, she gaveme a regular lemonade. I kindly asked if she could ask so mango and she put very little in the cup and when I received myburrito the bacon was as hard as wood, little egg and cheese, and undercooked sausage. Gross. I don?t know what type of ?base? the Sonic chain uses for their ice cream but I feel like it must be 40% lard. It... always leaves me feeling sick. I eat ice cream all the time and I never feel like I want to barf until I stop (against mybetter judgment) at Sonic. I stopped here for a shake during a road trip. The buy at the drive-thru was super nice -entertaining even - but he is why they got the one star they did. The rest was zero Ice cream and sticky on the outside of thecup. No napkins offered. The product was paste and lard tasting and I threw it away. It was a waste of time and I?m done withall Sonics. It?s always a problem at the drive through no customer service skills at all and this isn?t the only location like this. How is... to say when someone pulls up to the speaker box when you aren?t ready to say ?good afternoon or good morning welcome to Soniccan you give me a moment to take your order? let the customer respond and the team member then say thank you. Also when theyhand the food over say thank you for coming to Sonic come again. Not hard at all basic customer service skills and a smile. Nomatter how bad my day is I always smile especially since I work in the food service industry. Read more
Worse Sonic I have ever been to. Been here twice both times they are not delivering to the bays and no signs up so you sit there... for 10 minutes. The drive through is 15 cars deep. I?ve been in the drive thru for 23 minutes, just for a soda that i ordered onthe mobile app. If I was able to cancel my order and get my money back I would have left 15 minutes ago. Horrible! The route 44 sweat Tea I ordered had a ton of sugar at the bottom of the cup. Disgusting looking. The tea itself was not sweat.... I told them the problem I had, and they corrected it immediately and quickly. The rest of the food was fresh and wonderful. Wegot shakes, drinks, and hot food. All great. Read more
The burger wasn?t amazing, but it wasn?t bad. The shake however, was so delicious! The people who helped us were great, and it... didn?t take forever to go through the drive through even though there were a lot of cars. I?ll definitely be back for anothermilkshake, they are so delicious! Read more
Had a late night craving for a good burger so I tried out sonic. Ive done these late night runs before and have gotten cold food... or left out burgers from other chains. Tonight this bacon burger was on point. The toppings were fresh and the burger was notmessy (people be super heavy handed with the sauce sometimes). Fries were fresh and crispy.
