Update 08/22 No improvement Update 4-27-22 So... after contacting the Taco Bell care team... after a while quality did... definitely improve, somewhat. Orders started arriving with all of the items, at least. Although, several times we have had itemsmissing ingredients. Cheese on the tacos... most common thing to be missing. Today we received an order with at least 3 fooditems being half of the typical volume. The crunchwrap was 1/3 tortilla. Hardly anything inside. The burrito was half of aburrito, and the nacho fries didn't look normal. Just a a few fries laying in the bottom of the container with a mad helping ofsour cream and cheese blobbed on top. Looked sad. The drinks seemed to be the wrong size, but even if they weren't, they wereNOT the flavor we ordered. At least it arrived.... not completely cold... kinda warm....but the tacos were already soggy,clearly made some time prior to my order. Same with the chalupa and quesadilla. I'm afraid this Taco Bell has slipped back into1 Star Status. ----------------------------- Several times I have ordered food for delivery from this place through Grub Hub orTakeout Taxi etc... Every time my order gets shorted, items are wrong, items arrive missing ingredients, or we don't receiveitems at all. This time we ordered 4 different food items. We only received 1 of the food items we actually ordered, and 1 itemwe didn't even order. We did get both of our drinks though, but judging by the condition of the rest of this food, it'sprobably been spit in. This place is absolutely the worst I have EVER dealt with. Read more
Went to Taco Bell again and was completely disappointed. I ordered the double steak grilled cheese Burrito. It was completely... burned and they still had the nerve to place it in my bag...... Ridiculous. It was inedible. Money wasted. One way to get a badreview from me is to waste my money. Read more
They are constantly closing almost an hour before they are supposed to. And most times the grilled items aren?t available 2... hours before they close. Second review: Whole different date. Closed 2.5 hours before the actual closing time. Bad managementor lazy employees. Third review: 2/22/2022 decided to try yet again and drove all the way there to find out they were closed anhour early. They were closed at 12:10 am. Google says they close at 1am. Seriously every single time I go there, which is often.. either something is ALWAYS missing, or anything that is wrapped is... stale and hard, barely ever any meat on anything, and the cheese that comes with the nachos fries I got tonight was only enoughfor like 3 fries. Like come on, if you?re going to be lazy doing your job, don?t do it at all. Definitely won?t be coming backto this Taco Bell. Do better. Because you?re losing a lot of business. Oh, and they barely ever take a card anymore it?s alwayscash which is very inconvenient for a lot of people. Read more
