Pretty quick service, sat in the drive thru for less than 10 minutes and we were 4th in line when we got there. The food wasn't... really that good, cold and soggy tacos. The crunch wrap was definitely NOT crunchy. It had been a while since we had been and wefigured it was time for another visit. We should have gone somewhere else. Read more
The location is dated which is okay, however the chicken burrito supreme was made poorly. As in very light sprinkles of lettuce,... chicken, and packed with mostly bean mush. Maybe it was an "off" day so I will give it one more try. Read more
You?ll wait 20 minutes in the drive thru to get to the window where 3 or 4 employees are just standing there. And also keep in... mind this Taco Bell will have higher prices than other stores. Honestly just ridiculous at this point. Read more
In my last 5 visits to this location, quality of food wasn't even worth 1 star. I clearly stated how I wanted my food to be when... it comes to quality of it... Simply ignored. This little spot has always been clean. Waldorf has 2 Taco Bells, this one sees a lot of traffic and handles well. The staff is... normally local teens, who listen to your orders well. You might have to ask for napkins for some reason, but otherwise, neverhad a problem with food. They TRY to handle your crunchy tacos with care so they won't crack up, but if so, just give them acall, they are normally very polite and accommodating. While the interaction with the staff was pleasant. I wish I would have looked at my tacos before I left. This is really... unacceptable. There is barely any meat in the tacos. Please improve! Read more
Every time I come the service sucks.I mean why ask the customer what type of sauce would you like and always put whatever sauce... you get your hands on. No napkins in the bag,only last few visits.I will not be spending any more of my money here. Read more
