My experience is always good but yesterday was amazing. I went for the Pina Coloda from my favorite Bartender Ashley (and a... family dinner) but she was waiting tables. So a new Bartender tried to make my drink. Just let me say it didn't compare and Iwas not happy. Out of the blue walks over "Gary" (a Manager) to my table (I didn't call for a Mgr.) It's like he knew (felt)something was wrong. I told him what my issue was (my waitress offered me a new drink before he came over, but I declined) Gary(absolutely professional and caring) told me he WOULD NOT let me leave without exactly what I wanted. He allowed my waitress(normally my Bartender) to make my favorite drink. It was so delicious and made me feel SPECIAL. I will forever give them mybusiness because they know how to treat their customers like FAMILY ??. My awesome experience did not end there, but I am notsure I can write all the great things they did for my family yesterday, I paid my bill HAPPILY, because what could seem simpleto some was not to the Management staff at All American. The table that we were seated at initially either did not have a server or the servers in the area didn't see any value in... serving us as customers. One server said she would find out who our server should be. The other server acted as if we wereinvisible and didn't even acknowledge us. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, we decided to move to the bar area to getserved and we received our drinks and appetizers within 20 minutes. My suggestion is that you request to know the identity ofyour server when you are first seated. This way, you will know who to hold accountable for your service. Read more

Chose not to cook. Searched for a sports bar. This place looked small from outside. Upon entering, very spacious with plenty of... seating even for large groups! We chose to sit within the Bar area. Bar has about 25 chairs and booth seating. Several LargeScreen TVs. The environment was very comfortable and casual. We like going because the karaoke is entertaining but the service struggles. Ordered a double drink (short glass-happy hour... specials), second order was half the amount and server tried to tell me it was a larger glass. Uh no ma?am. So she snatched itup and said I?ll get another shot. I said nope how about you just charge me for 1 shot. She tried it. No thanks. I?m good. Timeto find another karaoke spot. Read more

This Steakhouse is consistently on the top of list of restaurants in Waldorf. Service is warm and friendly. For example, the... host staff opens the doors for you- both coming and going. The food is consistently good. We love their fresh salads. Triedboth the chicken and steak- both were cooked to perfection. Great place to eat! Read more

Friendly staff. Food was super fast but yet super hot and fresh. Don?t know how they do it but they did it well. Fairly priced.

Poor customer service. Our table of four specifically requested two steak sirloin plates(mushrooms and onions)which included the... two sides (sweet potatoe and wedge salad). We also ordered two fajitas plates( chicken and shrimp). Hedi who was our waitresstook our order, as we assumed that she was equipped to do her duties, return to our table with the lunch menu, less thanequivalent menu items. What we asked for was very strategically requested from the dinner menu. When asked to return the orderback to the kitchen for a remake, hedi suggested bringing over a side of mushrooms and onions. I kindly asked her to take theplate away from the table to make over as the menu specified. I brought to the waitresses attention that the order wasincorrect, when I promptly her about the mess up, her response was that I was the first to order this particular steak off themenu. I then asked her, whether she knew her menu and she laughed, say well, no? Hedi takes the plate away and a managerreturns, less than five minutes stating this was in fact a new order. I firmly encouraged the manager to take the plate away,because I didn?t want it. Her reply was you don?t want it, I had this plate made for you? I stated no it?s the same plate thatyou took back to the kitchen and topped with over cooked mushrooms and onions. Do you know how many people have handled thisplate? The service is extremely poor and disappointing. The waitress will only be as good as the manager that leads them. I willnot be paying this bill. Read more

UDATE: Did you change the cook? Food taste had nothing to do with our previous visit and review. Steak was tasteless, burned,... not well done, but burned, and difficult to cut and chew!!! We don't recommend the coleslaw at all... didn't taste goodeither. I'm so sorry, because the first time we came all the food was super tasty, but that's not our experiencetoday. ~~~~~~ Super DELICIOUS, a bit expensive, but Delicious! Congrats to the Chef or Chefs!
